Love Vintage Oaks so much, it's just gotten so expensive. Most decent sized resales on the acreage side are going for well over 800k.

My parents are about to put an offer in on a home in Landa Park Estates. I noticed you barely mentioned that neighborhood and I think that neighborhood is so special with the private island and only being a golf cart ride to Gruene and downtown. Is there a reason you didn't say much about that neighborhood?

I didn’t hear you mention mission hills ranch. But regardless, New Braunfels does have some very nice neighborhoods.

Omg. Cloud country has beautiful homes BUT it’s right near that satellite dish farm! It’s like something out of every ET movie. Literally gasped when I saw it. It’s crazy!

Not like an older subdivision but there are older homes all around town that could be torn down and replaced. I've seen several done like that.

Yes, downtown has lots that you can do that to.

Watch the road not your phone lol. Other than that its a very good video.

Many do! But it's hard to not love New Braunfels.

New Braunfels is expensive. What towns NEAR NB are options.

The price didn't match with the reality in Oak Run. The house's prices right now is like 500k.

All our trees are being torn down for these big homes. Sad locals are sad

This may be blasphemy to some. But I don’t get the hype of Chick-Filet
