Correction, the tiger may be the biggest cat species (assuming that the biggest tiger weighed 1025 pounds, and that the biggest lion(s) weighed 1000 pounds), but when you mix a male lion with a tigress, then you can get a cat that's even bigger than lions and tigers, that is the liger.

Hello, thank you for your comment. We have already made a video about big cat mixes and hybrids. Since ligers and other tiger hybrids are mainly bred in captivity, we chose not to mention them in this short video.

In the wild, the average weight for males, as calculated by guys like Raúl, a Siberian tiger weighs only 176.4 kg (388.9 pounds), whereas for the Bengal tiger, it is 196 kg (432.1 pounds), in case you didn't know.
