Ooooh I'm so excited for cruel summer being on submission! I can't wait to get my hands on it! Also patreon! The only author patreon/ko-fi I've ever been a member off was Mars' and I really liked the monthly patreon-only stream. I like public streams too, but having a smaller group of people made it feel a lot more like chatting with friends than when it gets busy. Other than that I'd be super curious in seeing behind the scenes writing stuff that you wouldn't normally feel comfortable sharing publicly, so like how you go about brainstorming and outlining books but with more specific examples pulled from your own projects? I guess this could go under an extra videos tier type thing, I don't know. Another thing that would be fun could be first page critics for member's wips (but shared privately) like your existing series, but not sure how that would work in terms of a tier, since it's something you'd only really do once per member and isn't very scalable if you get more members than you can manage. Also I find the timing of this video hilarious, because I had planned to film a 'where I've been' type video this weekend and get back to regular uploads, then I managed to get ill and loose my voice instead 🤣😭

I'm not a member (and she is an indie author) but from what i hear from her videos I think Katie Wismer runs a good patreon that offers a lot. I think that'd be an interesting video concept if you've got a few extra dollars to spare one month, just subscribing to a few author patreons and, not showing their content, but talking about what kind of content they're making, what people are doing the same, what people are doing differently, stats on which kind of posts do better there, etc.
