I like that statement, very well said and yet I truly believe an Ashiest has more faith than a Christian to believe everything was created completely by accident in such perfection. When we look into the Galaxy (we now know there are billions of galaxy's) it's unfathomable to consider a couple rocks "accidently" colliding, and creating the absolute perfect conditions of distance for a sun, moon, axis, planet rotation, and all those who don't believe in Creation believe occurred that resulted in what we see today. Like you I can't believe all this can happen by accident without intellectual and intentional direction and who would be capable of doing this except for God? *"Love the Quote"*

@@cnault3244 I have seen God the Son, Jesus Christ. When I didn't believe, I simply asked out loud to whoever created everything, "who are you?". A few weeks went by, and I forgot I asked. One day, I went to lie down in bed and I closed my eyes. Immediately, as if looking at myself laying there from outside in the third person, I saw a man in white robes. The man places His hand on the side of my head. I know it was the Lord. He is very real my friend, and He died for your sins in a horrific, torturous way on the cross. If we follow the ways of Jesus Christ, we find there is only certain times where he said Yes or no, and that was when he simply stated, "I am he". Everything else is spoken in parables and the interpretations thereof. When we are having a general conversation, then it is polite to say yea, or nay. same with when speaking to authority, but in a time like this, it's a matter of explaining.

He claimed, for instance that time, space, and matter all came into being simultaneously, which cannot be true under his argument. Whenever there is a sequence of events, time exists. If a god had to exist then speak a universe into beginning, then time came before space and matter. Just one example of his BS, I'm not going through it all. In the end, nobody knows what did or did not exist before the beginning of our universe, astronomers and astrophysicists don't know, Hovind doesn't know, and neither you nor I know. We can't even explain our own existence! You can't get something from nothing. We are all but dust in the wind my friend. We have come from the dust and it is to the dust we shall return. Why even wake up in the morning then? One day you will die. All your treasures you have stored up here on Earth won't matter. We don't know what's after death. We know only of the physical things of this world. Will we live on? Will we vanish? No one actually knows. But their is a beginning and an end to everything. And their is also a purpose. Go ahead and take a walk outside. Start really thinking and asking yourself, "What's the point?" No really what's the point to life? We live we die!!

If God is to Earth as man is to a computer, He too needs an origin story. This guy's example simply further illustrated the problem and he didn't even realize it. Try again, dude. Or why not just say the Universe itself is God, that the Laws of the Universe are eternal, and be done with it, instead of multiplying the origin problem? Then we can stop continuing to confuse everyone with competing Bronze Age god-gibberish like the Tanakh, the Bible, the Koran, the Vedic scriptures, the Bhagavad Gita, etc. Each book is just as silly as the next -- and there are people still reading this stuff by ancient sheep herders as if these barely literate simpletons miraculously possessed the secrets of the cosmos -- simply because they said they did. If aliens from another galaxy landed and saw this situation, they'd think how is this sort of stupidity still even possible? (Or maybe they'd have their own stupid origin stories.) Oy vey.

Your just saying that a creator doesn't exist doesn't make it so. You'll need to do much better than that and I'll be happy to refute it in a debate if you are intellectually strong enough to handle it. The only reason you feel I may be muttering is because I speak in facts and you aren't capable or willing to believe that there's something more to life than simple astronomical catastrophe that brought all this perfection into place so despite the fact that the odds are far far greater that life by accident couldn't have occured in comparison to life by creation, this simply makes your belief system more faith based than my own thus the willingness to go toe to toe with you if you think you're man enough. You didn't stop yourself from jumping in on a theological based page and my thread to troll, why stop there except for my embarrassing you? No, the Era of "god delusion" is far from over and it has only grown exponentially and using common words of skywizard, spaghetti monster, or other doesn't help your debate. So you've now stepped into the arena, feel free to start pointing out proof why I'm wrong and your right regarding the existence of a creator and let the games begin 😊

You've seriously got to be what, around 13 because the ignorance in your conversation is asstounding. Okay so let me break it down for you a little better since you can't read neither. 1. I didn't throw a blanket statement that "I'm write, your wrong, your going to hell" did I? What I said in an open mind was "If I'm wrong, I have nothing to worry about but if you (an athiest) is wrong, you have everything to worry about". Note the difference in that comment my friend. 2. Yea, it seems all athiests stick together and throw the same slander out their so I'm very use to the comments so let's address this ignorant one. "God impregnated a virgin girl so that makes him a rapist which means He's immoral". Well it's like this, it wasn't a man who bashed in a door and had physical sex with a woman. It was God, the creator of all things who blessed Mary with a child (not through a sexual act). Now you need to go to the Websters dictionary and define your accusation of "Rape" which may be difficult for you because I can tell you don't do much research to back your ideology so let me do that for you. Websters Defines Rape as "Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person's consent. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority, or against a person who is incapable of giving valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability or is below the legal age of consent." This isn't what occured so I've just blown up your accusation. 3. No Proof of God: Well I actually do have so much proof it wouldn't all fit here and doubt you'll even read this far so let me just provide one for you to consider. The Law of Teleology. Teleology is the study of design or purpose in natural phenomena. This law of science essentially means that when an object reflects a purpose, goal, or design, it must have had a designer. Simply put, things do not design themselves. This holds true for the things in the universe, which proves that it had to have a Designer and one thing all science agrees on is that "all things must have had a beginning to exist because you can never get something from nothing" according to the laws of empirical science so looks like I just blew up another one of your claims. 4. You claim to "Not have a belief System", okay so if that was so, you wouldn't believe that their is no creator. The mear fact you have a stance on the subject and claim to know more than everyone else that their is no creator shows that yes, in fact you do have a belief system and that is that their is no creator thus you've created your own theology and ideology you want to rise to debate and this my friend requires far more faith than any Christian! Again, another statement blown up! Ready to go another friendly round here? I do have to get going so if you reply and I'm not here I'll answer later but always happy to have a mature adult conversation with anyone interested and I thank you for that because those reading get to know both our sides and figure things out for themselves which is all you can ask regardless of anyone's belief unless their just plain stupid and believe only what they want or were indoctrinated into without researching first. I personally have a pHD in science and with a tad of a background in world Theology so I enjoy the conversation.

+bucketsandshims You have to be a kid because you aren't capable of speaking intellectually what so ever. Try metaphors without the minecraft cross references. No, all religions are not the same nor am I for clarification involved with a religion as much as I'm in a relationship with my Savior. Honestly reading your conversations are very confusing because your all over the place and can't stay on topic not to mention you try to use far too many metaphors in an apparent attempt to be funny or something but it really makes you look like someone who can't have a serious conversation. You don't talk about why you feel (as an example) why you feel being a Muslim and being a Christian is so similar by actual practice but rather you'll talk about spaghetti monsters, fairies, zombies, unicorns and so on. It makes absolutely no sense and frankly, quite ignorant. I seriously don't see the possibility of having an intellectual debate here so I'll just agree to disagree with your ideology.

Yet is Jesus God? The (non-Arian) Christians speak of the "Trinity" i.e. Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit as being one at the same time as saying "Jesus is the son of God". Only a Christian would accept such duplicity from themselves whilst demanding specificity from the scientific community. As with the pastor in the video; religious statements defending their faith-based arguments are always in the form of verbal "sleight of hand" i.e. they sound good to those that lack the desire or the ability to examine what is being said. What it is all about? Power and money - I say to the pastor "be honest - get a real job".

@@brucesutton3344 Is your wife her mind, her body, & her emotions? Yes. Is your family you the husband, your wife, & your children? Yes. Why is the triune order of these things so sacred that changing them is condemning? Because they are made in the likeness of God who is One & is ETERNALLY Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. In other words, father isnt something God became to relate with us but is an EXTREME privilege we have that we get to walk in that makes us relate with the pinnacle within Himself. A dog can give birth but a male dog can never be a father. Only men can be fathers & that ONLY in the likeness of God otherwise we fail in walking in godliness because God's ways align with His triune nature. Not that hard to understand but demons in the church purposely try to confuse folk. Dont be confused, this is a Kingdom not a Religion & it will be conformed on earth as it is in Heaven/Space, not visa versa. God isnt a dad like us nor a son like us nor a spirit like us but we are these things like Him. Family structure's design came from an intellectual purposeful mind as did the triune person. To miss the triune person is to not know nor understand the needs of that person. Neglecting love to your wife's heart can lead her to be a broken person despite you feeding her body & relating to her mind. We are one & so is God One person w/ 3 eternal parts not equal to each other but equally Himself. Mind is not equal to body but called to lead body & emotions. Do you recognize the Shepherd who taught me this & the culture of the Kingdom I claim to be of or are you confused? Let that be fruit for both of us to glean from.

No. You wouldn't. You don't even know that now. What you have there is both a non sequitur and an argument from incredulity. You also don't appear to know what the big bang model of universal cosmology is. It doesn't propose "something from nothing". That's what's called a strawman. It's also psychological projection as that's actually what Kent is proposing. Ex nihilo creation by God. Literally something proofed into existance from nothing by magic. So no, Kent didn't "smoke" anyone. He uses a series of logical fallacies and outright lies to con the ignorant and incredulous who already have sufficient confirmation bias and a lack of skepticism into thinking they have rational justification for their religious beliefs. But they don't. If they did, Kent would be able to use honest arguments and not demonstrably fallacious and dishonest ones. If you have to lie to defend your "truth" it was never true in the first place.

May blessings, peace, and mercy of our all-forgiving creator be upon you 🥰. I wrote this response to invite you to worship the creator alone and show you the evidence of his existence As he Almighty made a lot of signs to make people believe to enter them heavens. therefore, let us check this small piece of evidence with our brain and avoid being mockers and arrogant to worship who created us. 1- There are more than 30 scientific miracles in a book that existed more than 1400 years ago called the Holy Quran. these miracles include: The chemical composition of the human ( the clay ), the expansion of the universe, the knocking star, the origin of the universe, the orbits, the movements of the sun and the earth, the rotation of the earth, the stage of development of the only type of clouds that produce hail, the mountain as pegs, the vision in the deep seas, the variation of the amount of the air along the sky, the lowest land in the earth, the front of the head function, the chronological comparisons of developments of the fetus ( the bones, the body, the hearing, and the vision), the stage of the developments of the zygote, the only pain receptors, the factor that determines gender ( the sperm ), the secretion of the digestive fluid in the fly, the fertilizing winds, the mechanism of secretion of the milk, and the forbidden type of breeding ( between relatives ) 2- There are countless linguistic miracles in the same book that made Arabs believe because of his eloquence, accuracy, and arrangement. Even the non-believers didn’t doubt his Arabic grammar miracles that can’t be made by a human. 3- There are historical and metaphysical miracles in the same book that told people about some things in the future like the victory of Romans in a specified time in the Quran, Battle of Badr findings after its occurrence and Abu Lahab's choice ( he could enter Islam to prove that Quran was wrong). 4- Who sent down this book made a challenge for all non-believers to make just one chapter like presented in this book which has 114 chapters with the same criteria and miracles. along with history, all the attempts failed. 5- Who sent down this book promised to preserve him from any distortion unlike the Bible and the Torah. No one could distort this book although it was written by many people. 6- The one who claimed that this book is sent from our God has done some miracles to prove what he said. He told us that there are seven layers of this earth. In addition to many events that will happen the future. Check the links below. 7- the prophecies of the advent of the Prophet of Islam, Muhammed peace and blessing of God be upon him in the Torah and the Bible many times. Check the links below. 8- thousands of Religious comparisons and Issues in the religions except Islam proved that Islam is the only true religion to worship our creator. check the links below. 9- The superiority of Islam over other religions to guarantee rights and the survival of life. Check the links below. 10- many Logical proofs of the existence of Allah (who wrote the Holy Quran) are present in the links below. raise your hand asking your creator to help you, to guide your heart to the right path, to forgive you, to enter you the heaven, and to save you from the fire. www.islamreligion.com/ open articles.

The funny thing is, people will reject this essential evidence and argue against it because they simply are too ignorant to understand the notion of God not being affected by time, space, or matter. It has been proven that the universe had a start and is expanding, but it's physically and mathematically impossible for something to come from absolutely nothing. Where did it come from? It certainly didn't create itself. This means that something from outside of our universe, created our universe, and that's God.

    1) No scientific theory, including the Big Bang Theory, says that something comes from nothing. 2) Not everything has a cause. Type "uncaused events" into Google and before you finish typing it'll provide you with explanations and examples of uncaused events in physics and quantum mechanics. 3) It's illogical to assume that a naturally observed phenomena has a supernatural origin. But it's not impossible for god to exist.

Ooh look a bible thumper, a God who "punishes" you for not praising him and worshipping him is not a god i want to follow, that is just outright arrogance and extremely egotistical. You are the problem of this world and the reason why there has been so many wars, pushing a ideology of a mystical being that punishes you for not praising him and following rules that were made up by men just to have power and control. If god is even close to being real then i believe itd be more of a freely timeless ,always changing evolving organism or energy that coincides with us because we are made of the same particles ,down to the cellular level we are the universe. If anything god is not a person a man, a woman a alien but just a energy that we affect with our positivity or negativity. Ying and Yang we create that balance. Heaven and hell is what you make of it. If there is a afterlife or a spiritual realm, dimensions or whatnot i believe you make your own hell or heaven in your head, when you die that energy becomes either the embodiment of dark negativity and attaches to a familiar place, person or object etc. (Reason for haunted houses and places maybe) or positive energy giving more joy and happiness to the world. Try DMT might change your outlook on things.

One is that, no solid scientific evidence/proof discovered means there is no God. So no belief in God until discovery. Simple for atheists. And the other is just already convinced by the evidence that God is just beyond those discoveries. Simple for theists. Of course one won't be convinced by the other. You can’t get your point across very well, not sure what the use of swing for the last sentence was for…it makes very little sense. 3. You say I’m taking a shot at someone, but the only thing I’m really claiming is that an argument could be better, and that someone’s point they claim to have made isn’t very accurate. Your want to argue against me has some nobility to it, but it is overall pointless. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think a line from a 3000-yr old book is exactly evidence to prove that not only God (also the God from that same text) exists but also has always existed. That's kinda like saying harry potter is real because JK Rowling says so in the first chapter of the sorcerer's stone. What his argument lacks is evidence outside of the Bible, which leaves his faith just where it is. Faith. And faith is belief in the absence of evidence.

He isn't using the book to prove anything, he is using the evidence we see (which is what you're asking for) to answer the question posed by a man who thinks the book has no authority. He discussed time, space, and matter. These are not matters of faith, but of sight. Everyone's belief system is faith-based, including yours. If you ONLY want to consider empirical evidence then you have to throw out the theory of evolution entirely, as well as forensic sciences for that matter, as they deal with things that no one was around to document and observe. How do we know that our dating methods are correct in telling us that something is 2.3 million years old if we don't know how old the thing is that we're dating, seeing as no one was there to observe or document it? Saying, "This rock is 2.3 million years old. We know this because the dating methods tell us it's 2.3 myo. We know the dating methods are giving us good data because this rock is 2.3 myo" is circular reasoning. Dating methods rely on a lot of assumptions. This is why there are many instances of brand new volcanic rock testing as millions of years old. Scientists don't know why because they don't actually know what is being measured. If they can't explain this then why are we treating our interpretation of this information as scientific fact? If we entertain what the Bible says and imagine that God actually did create everything in 6 literal days and Adam was a fully formed man when he was created, then we could also assume that the brand new earth would look to us like it's been around for millions of years because secular science is based on the idea that we can wrap our minds around something fantastic. No one in the scientific community can "prove" that life arose from non-life. Cell theory states that all cells came from other cells. Does it really seem scientific to you to assume that original life arose from non-life when all of the evidence we see around us and all of the greatest minds in science can't figure out how that could possibly come about?

You cannot compare the Bible to fictional novels they don't have the same literary style there was no such thing as this style back then, it would be silly to suggest that its the same. The Bible did not start with once upon a Time at Hogwarts. It talks about real people and archaeologically verifiable places (this is how you know you are reading a history book). Mount Sinai Egypt the Red Sea the Sea of Galilee Jerusalem Nazareth Bethlehem Augustus Caesar Pontius Pilate the Jewish people etc. it's funny how people will only consider the Bible if there is information outside of it, I mean at one point they were all loose documents. The Bible is not just one book it's 66 books written by 40 different authors over time, not all at once to deceive. And there is plenty of evidence, God made sure of that it is not a blind faith. The Bible doesn't say feel I'm God or think I'm God, instead it says "be still and KNOW that I am God". If God did not give any evidence we would be worshiping anything. An atheist worships themselves or material possessions as if it did anything for them.

Nobody can definitively say it wasn't a god like Poseidon, or that it wasn't matter or that it wasn't a universe creating bedspread. That doesn't mean we should believe it was any of those things, we should admit we don't know and withhold such beliefs until we have more evidence.

Nope. It isnt so obvious that there is a god. The word obvious means easily perceived or understood. I do agree that it was a good answer by the way but that doesn't prove that any god exists and certainly not the christian god. The genesis account which he quoted is not limited to Christianity or Judaism. It was a creationism world view which was common to many cultures with a little tweaking here and there. Its very nice of u to think that a person who is skeptic on whether a god exists is a fool. I mean u know the world fool has an objective meaning right. A person who gets tricked into believing something is called a fool. Theres simply no wat that a skeptic can be termed a fool fool..😂

I already know that this will be pointless ... Our mind, conscious and intelligence tell us that there is a God. I don't know if you know that, 0+0=0? If yes why do you believe that's equal 1 according to the big bang and evolution. Logic and reseon tell us that, everything came from nothing is completly ridiculous and irrational. The OBVIOUS thing is that the first cause , Infinite and eternal (if not it is not the first cause) created every thing. This is more easier to believe, that from nothing and for no reason exploded everything. Also there is creation, the laws of nature that are costant, the beauty of nature ; all of these things cannot happen by chance and caused by an explosion moreover because science tell us that can only cause disorder and not order. This is sooook obvious, you are blind and without brain to tell the opposite.

@@blackholeentry3489 Well, what I meant when I asked ‘what you thought of God’ was to understand from your view of what you’ve heard so far about him. But since you say you don’t really have any thoughts of God or wether he’s just, cruel, immoral or even real then that makes me curious on your view of how life came into existence along with all that is (meaning galaxy’s, the earth etc.). Also I can agree that considering there are so many religions/ beliefs you truly wonder which is the real truth. Who’s right or why are there so many religions that seem to believe in “made up things”. Well just to establish I am a Christian. Specifically a seventh day Adventist. I believe that Jesus Christ was both God and man and that he walked this earth, setting an example throughout his life that we as people today should still continue to try and follow. Or at least Christians should. It’s unfortunate that you view me with the same perspective of a flat-earthener. I believe that the earth is indeed a sphere along with all the all the other planets/star that makes up our solar system. I will admit I do occasionally view the atheists in the same perspective as a flat-earthener simply because the point that is being delivered by many if not all atheists is that; something can come from nothing. Or even that; with enough time and trillions of years out of nowhere a change happens and things begin to drastically evolve. Or better yet a cataclysmic explosion can cause life/ beauty/ intelligence. Now I apologize if I got some of those mixed up but initially this is what the atheist pushes, no? At least there are people who admit they are unsure, and at least other religions admit that there has to be something/someone greater than us, someone or something had to create everything. So as a Christian I believe in the God of the Bible, that he is all powerful, just, loving, and an omnipotent, omnipresent being that we should worship and follow. But of course to each there own God gave freedom of choice so that no one is forced. So at the end of the day do you, but take heed of my message. God is coming back soon. And quicker than you think.
