WE DON'T USUALLY FILM THIS!! The BRUTAL return journey from an All 4 Adventure Northern Territory expedition.
After replacing a stolen plaque at the remote site of the terminal border post location on the Gulf of Carpentaria, Jase & Simon need to cross a massive Salt Pan find their way back to civilisation.
It's not long before the fully loaded EX-ARMY UNIMOG (towing a 7-METRE TRAILER) runs into trouble. With nothing to winch off in this baron environment, the boys soon find themselves in over their heads!

Why we used to call em Easybogs in the Army. Easier than the old 6 wheel drive International F1. Maybe we were being romantic about the old Aussie made 🤔
Been there, done that fellas. 35 years in the Army and I have unbogged a Mog many times. The bigger they are, the harder they fall

other problem was they couldnt carry as much as the inter, as they rolled easier..
That Unimog manages to get itself bogged where nothing else does - needs some supersize max tracks about twice the size

The best way to get a bogged MOG out is snatch it with a LAV or an M113 😉 Leave the military vehicles to the military
This is my favourite show i enjoy when they go on dirt tracks and getting bogged is the worst thing to happen to your own d-max?

do you know why they fit reduction hubs to toyotas,, so they roll over easier..
What wrong with the front axel? They do have diff locks or is just for tv?😂
Any reason you didn't just drop the tyre pressures down to 5PSI, assuming you have the beadlock inserts in those wheels. Looks like you were still over 40-50PSI.

mogs have on board tyre air.. cheaper than a 200 series, 15k.. for a really good one, ex army.. auctions. wouldnt they run 110 psi, road..

how are u pumping the mog tyres up so fast, i used the point at the back near the trailer hitch and its nowhere near that fast
I don't like the Michelin type pattern much, prefer continental/mitas ac70 they wear and drive on the road also

why do army vehicles have a rear winch,, its to pull you out & find a better whay thru,,not spend 3 days with bogged convoy..

i dont care if its got 300'' tyres,, & bogged 3 ft down,,id still have a unimog..
