They wouldn’t? I know chimera tech’s attack points are x800 per material to fuse it, but I think power bond still counts due to the doubling effect.

Wait, did you test that in game? I am pretty sure that if chicken games card effect can still damage for both players, then the card effect of powerbond can still backlash on the player.

I’ve had something similar happen with my OPPONENT’S Chicken Game They had that one field spell that copies one in the GY, and had the Sky Striker that could attack directly, but I lived off of their own Chicken Game and ended up winning

Chimera tech attacks. It doesn’t affect the player. The opponent blacked out.

Saw that one day of peace, and knew it was over

Yeah I've fallen for that a couple times. Mostly because I wasn't paying attention to their 5 minute combo

Actually yes cyber dragon player is still survive since it's still count as damage, he is just forget about that

I encountered one such player that gave me Nabiru and it's power level was off the chart (idr) and he virtually K.O.ed him/herself by attacking it, then I attacked WITH said Nabiru lol
