Had the opponent played Lightning Storm after Raigeki and Triple Tactics Talent, he would’ve destroyed The True Sun God, and his OTK strategy would’ve gone off without a hitch.

had a more or less same situation, but in my case it was his own fault, he activated dark ruler no more, forced me to banish my kairyushin with sea stealth, make a big hitter board, cleared my monsters but forgot he can't do any damage, end phase kairyushin came back and wipe his board (except 1)

I'll be honest and admit that I once in that condition against a Ra player. It's not that I didn't read, but I read probably too hastily (only checked for negate, destroy and quick effects) and missed the crucial part lol. I even checked the GY and the banished before doing anything.

Sick I had a rare moment I hold dearly in my run of master duels is I dodge magic cylinder and was so close to otk 😊

I was doing this at a regional recently. I went 4-4. But 2 matches i lost due to time rules not allowing me to enter the battle phase. Had full combo for the ftk in hand both matches in game 3

It says that Special Summoned monsters *other than Ra* can't attack during the turn they're Summoned. So it applies because all his opponent's monsters' names are *not* Ra.
