Our neighbor's dog used to jump our fence and then come in through the doggie door and play with our dog! I'd come home from work and find both dogs curled up on the couch, watching TV, and I'd have to call the neighbors to come get him. 😂

3 years ago my then 10 yo made friends with a Husky puppy about 10 weeks old. After a month of meet & greets, it got to the point where he would come to my door and see if mine could play. 1:47 scene reminded me of that.

In our childhood, it happened to all of us to come home with occasional friends from the neighborhood, I don't mean with puppies or kittens that followed us 😉. So nothing is surprising, our dear furry friends also have the same emotional needs interaction, it doesn't matter the species.🙂

Pretty sure the poor doberman got zapped by the electric fence. It's happened to my poor shepherd, too.

Well, that's not a Wild Deer. Clearly, it's somewhat domesticated with the red ribbon around its neck. My neighbor has several Deer that he's put ribbons around their neck to let hunters know the deer are local wild deer that people take care of periodically through tuff winter months.
