Ralph Carter did an excellent job with this performance... you could see how Esther Rolls and John Amos were truly proud of him... this was not acting.... Good Times lost it's spark when James left the show.... This was his last performance and you could see how the episodes and shows changed after he left.....

This song brings back so many memories when I was a teenager in the early 70’s. The clothes & dance moves too! 😅 I miss the 70’s & 80’s. Good Times was my favorite show, I could relate to the characters and the pullout couch my brothers shared at our apartment too, like JJ & Michael! 😅❤

Know what I love though? James is a rough around the edges badass, knows his kids were artists and intellectuals, and made sure they stayed that way

This certainly takes me back to when I was a kids watching the show every week. Those were the good days of television 📺
