Im sorry for your loss My boyfriend died In a Thursday night august The 5th ,islem was accidentally suffocated in his car because of air conditioning while he was in the garage,we planned to go out few days before his death but it never happened I saw him last 3rd of July I never knew it was the last time I would ever see his beautiful face I miss him terribly his death was a shock the worse thing that happened to me he was 24 he was beautiful inside out fun full of life sweet gentle smart 😭he was the perfect boyfriend although our relationship was short we didn't have the time or chance to live more together I only have beautiful now painful memories of how he made me feel how we made each other feel💔 Islem bendada you made me feel like I was flying I miss you I miss going out with you hugging you kissing you I miss talking to you I miss your details im in pain and darkness I don't know if there is any hope left for me your death took all my hopes and dreams and joy

For every one who is listening to this right now, I want you to know that “beautiful things can come from your broken pieces, but only if you give your broken prices a chance”. Not long ago, I would cry every night, hiding my tears away from others. I would curl up on the floor. I was scared to admit that I needed help. I was lost, I was scared. I was going through the darkest place, the darkest changes in my life, and I had no clue how I would get through it. But I pulled myself together and I fought the demon who was pulling me into the darkness, I pulled myself back into the light. And these videos helped me do that. They gave me the strength. Cause like you, I was alone at home, at school, and even at the places I felt most comfortable at. So watching videos like these and getting help through anonymous people really helped me overcome that darkness. I guess what I am saying, is that there is no such thing as the impossible. You can do this, you can do this. I promise you within those thick walls of depression within you, there is light on the other side, and you will fight that battle that had been keeping locked up in that cage. You will no longer cry and scream for help in your head. You will overcome it. I promise you. A person once told me through a screen that depression is not a lifelong contract, and he was right. My boyfriend died In a Thursday night august The 5th ,islem was accidentally suffocated in his car because of air conditioning while he was in the garage,we planned to go out few days before his death but it never happened I saw him last 3rd of July I never knew it was the last time I would ever see his beautiful face I miss him terribly his death was a shock the worse thing that happened to me he was 24 he was beautiful inside out fun full of life sweet gentle smart 😭he was the perfect boyfriend although our relationship was short we didn't have the time or chance to live more together I only have beautiful now painful memories of how he made me feel how we made each other feel💔 Islem bendada you made me feel like I was flying I miss you I miss going out with you hugging you kissing you I miss talking to you I miss your details im in pain and darkness I don't know if there is any hope left for me your death took all my hopes and dreams and joy

To cherish his memories & try to look at it in a more positive light instead of feeling robbed you didn’t get more time .. Take it from someone who’s never had anyone that it’s better to have loved then never at all.. ❤🙏

First time I listened to this was after I went to walk out the front door, pocket full of countless amount of pills. Got to the door and my youngest daughter woke up, came running downstairs and asked me to read her a story. That's all it took. Now every time I have a wobble, I'm back, listening to these and getting that head space back to where it needs to be. ... We all have struggles, every single day, take it all, one day at a time and know your worth it.

I lost my aunt a month ago, I can't get over it 😭,I miss her so much

3 Months are left for me to prepare for my most important competitive exam, I want be the one among among those 3% of 2.44 lakhs students who appears for this exam.... It makes me feels like it's impossible for me, I'm losing me hope day by day but not today. I CAN'T GIVE UP WITHOUT GIVING 100% OF ME. I'm Gonna come here again and when I'll be the most successful person....

Suffering from a severe chronic condition caused by big pharma (TSW). I’m on day 22 and I will not let this disorder take me. I will KEEP FIGHTING. Another 3-5 months and I truly believe I will heal. I am putting it into the universe.
