Besides dealing with life's struggles,anxiety and depression, losing the best woman of my life to egotistical selfishness and judgemental people it was hard not to think negative and still is. I go to listen to a certain song and this comes on and honestly life is what you make of it... when you love something you let it go, if it comes back it's yours, if it doesn't it never was..

I became a warrior through my toughest times ,I found things about myself that I didn't know existed, self empowerment, self love self respect and the "no"word is so easy too say .I'm the woman I was never allowed too be , I am me , life is good, yes I did show them who didn't want me too succeed.

I am really broken. Broken to the bottom. Broken in to pieces that I can't re collect or repair. I regret being nice to people who never deserved my sacrifices. Today i realise that I deserved much better things in life. I want everything back that i lost. I love my my mom and dad and I won't ever let anyone just hurt them and move away.

It's hard to be strong during pain and suffering. When you watch your loved one die. It hurts so bad. And then you're left standing all alone to live without them on this earth. This video is beautiful. It moved me bad..

When ever am alone asked myself that question

I have to admit there have been times that I felt like giving up. But, I couldn't as it would be like telling God that I didn't trust him or I didn't have faith. I'm still going through a battle but God keeps bringing me through each day. He renews the strength that I need for each day. Thank you Father for your mercy and grace. Whoever is going through a battle know that God is there with you. He's fighting for you. Keep faith and keep strong. Pray without ceasing. God bless you.

Pain is always temporary, but never out of supply, the more pain you go through the more you can endure. The more you can endure, the stronger you get. I have been dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, and PTSD for so long. I really don't want to be here right now, and I always come so close to ending it all. But, I can never do it. I am in such much pain, but I can't bring myself to end my life. I truly hope things get better for me or the pain gets easier to manage. Because I don't know how much longer I can do this...

I've been through a lot in life. Not comparing anything to anyone else, but I've endured so much. 3 months ago my fiance left me. Here i lay at 142am in tears. Ive found my own brother dead. Then Lost my best friend to addiction. My fiance leaving me is soul crushing. Im too close to finding a way out . I have never felt so alone and so lost in my life. I feel as if I'm in an alley full of people as packed as the subway station in New York yet noone hears me or sees me. I wouldn't wish this feeling on anyone. How can someone you love and put so much into and share those 3 words with just vanish ?!

No matter what happens, I will serve you Lord.. A warm hug goes out to anyone dealing with anxiety and depression..
