So many times I was motivated , worked hard then everything went downhill again... I think motivation can be useful to create momentum when you lose hope, but discipline is the key. Doing what you have to do, even if you absolutely dont have any desire to do it.

wow. i really needed this. it’s final week and i’m a nursing major who needs to pass because i’m in a program where if i fail a class, i’m kicked out. i was crying and overwhelmed and saw this and it is helping me to keep going during this really stressful time.
