When you have 3 eggs and milk, make this Japanese soufflé pancake recipe, ASMR. No oven. Recipe for fluffy and delicious Japanese soufflé pancakes. Cheap food! Light homemade soufflé pancake. Cheap Ingredients. The pancakes are tender and fluffy, like a soufflé. Each piece melts in your mouth. Serve Japanese pancakes with maple syrup, jam, and honey.
Recipe:
3 eggs.
30ml milk.
55 grams of wheat flour.
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar.
40 grams of sugar.
a drop of vegetable oil.
Important tips:
1. I used all-purpose wheat flour, you can use baking flour as well.
2. Only 40 grams of sugar. Divide it three times to gradually add to the batter.
3. Beat the egg whites until dry to thicken the pancakes.
4. Bake pancakes all the time over low heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. You may or may not add a small spoon of water.
