When l was a young child, about five, there was a vacant field, maybe a half acre, between our house & the one next to it. It was covered, literally every square inch of it, in every conceivable color of morning glory. I would sit for hours at the front of that field & gaze at the beauty of such a sight. To this day, l've never seen anything more beautiful than that. The sight of just one morning glory always takes me back.

Too many questions and answers beget more questions for clarity. No longer flirting with awakening. I am more awake this year than ever before. The pain is acute. The bewilderment & sense of loss off the charts. Why do I keep going? Because all I've ever wanted was the unvarnished, stark and sturdy authentic truth of my own being and the universe and my relationship to everyone and everything. Will I ever get there? IDK. Probably not while I'm in this dense & difficult flesh suit. So much BS everywhere I look. Now all I can really do is work on myself and when I look in the mirror no longer see so much BS in me...

I "chose" to, moment by moment, not "feed" my personal demons, my personal self in all emotions. Live in the moment, Shut up & Heal from the inside out.

For me, my neurosis and anxiety is the direct result of my reactions to external stimuli whether it’s traffic, an ass for an employer, a snowstorm or some perceived wrong against me. I’m still new to this concept and I’m learning as I go but at least I’m learning. This alone has done more to improve my mental state than anything else I’ve tried in the last 60 years.

I woke up that day when I claimed to myself 'I am' no longer a Christian. I woke up when I released myself of all the fear religion has imposed on me and humanity. I woke up that day when I heard my first NDE, and made all my experiences make perfect sense to me at that moment. I knew, I saw, I heard, I'm awake for the past 22 years!

God Alan sure has helped me along the way in my recovery from substances. I sure can see now that I played the victim stance my whole life. Waking up is not easy

Anything that you enjoy repeatedly listening to is perhaps an intellectual addiction? And you don't even get it.

the way around this is to just put effort foward despite the mental cycles we put ourselves through. to stop overthinking and start acting. thrn you free yourself from the what ifs and only focus on what did and didnt happen. and can make real adjustments according to the reality youre experiencing to better fit your reality.

Is it possible to be awakened as a child? Say 6 years old? I remember an instance where I stayed up all night, contemplating all the questions that adults could not answer, coming to my own conclusions about the world, and being proven right ever since. I've always had to be self aware because I grew up being my mom's therapist and being abused by her psychologically, and having to be aware of everything I was affecting. It really wasn't a good experience at all, to be right about the world.

I came to this clip because in one of the lectures about death and nothingness, Alan talked about how the universe E-Y-E’s into everything. How everything feels that they are the center of the universe. I understood this as what we feel as our ego. In my own world view I have always despised ego and thought that it could cause humanities doom. But how Alan puts it, ego is perhaps the most important driving force in evolution. Without every living molecule I’ing, without the endless struggle for dominance, there would have been evolutionary standstill since the primordial soup. I was hoping to learn more about the concept of the universe I’ing or E-Y-E’ing, however its spelled.

Your focus is on the pain , to be able to play the game of life, the illusion is time and obtaining the ability to understand pain to create space to explore of how to create matter, from within Your suffering. Confidence is born within your care to be self aware of the scarfice you experience within the universe support of choosing to be authentic when caring about others more than yourself. Love is reciprocated Within repetitive cycles of constant motion that changes from frequency to vibration , this is the reality of being one or becoming one, within always changing conditions that form our patterns to understand ourselves and our position and location in time and space , to adapt or adjust accordingly to realign ourselves with each care towards our values to believe in our senses to belong to our thoughts, this is the real game we all play, it doesn’t matter if you are not self aware or not , the universe is the creator of your senses and you feel these truths within the universe knowledge.

As long as we see "others" instead of our true self, we aren't awakened. Yes we pay the price for awekening, the play end, at least momentary, but this is also the end of suffering. That's why as i read in some comments that suffering and uncomfort like hard bed, being alone, etc... Bring to awakening. Most of the time this is the ego that want the awekening, hear me very well, this is the same ego that avoid you to wake up. Break the chains of the Ego with incomfort, take back control over this dream tools we call the Mind, if you succeed this Awakening is guaranteed. Be ready or just enjoy the dream of life, both ways are just fine as long you're happy... 🙂🙏🕉️

the moment i felt woken up was when i quit smoking weed i always thought because i was high i was so aware of my third eye and i was so looking at this world all the time like from another person aroud the situation. i was able to see what is going on around me but without looking through my eyes. after the smoking weed thing stopped and i constanltly went in the nature just me alone by myself-no food no music no phone basically just some clothes and water maybe an apple or a banana not much more the more time i spent alone with my self the more i started realizing looking up at this city from above how people are being controlled and manipulated. you can see people on the streets you can see their sadness in their eyes. you start to feel everything around you-you start having a gut feeling in every situation in every corner in every movemnt of your body in any world of a person its like your whole mind suddenly realizes-holy cow so this is how this whole universe functions and im totally a part from it. i felt awaken for the past 12 years-and most people would say im talking straight up bs facts. but the one main key awakening part is that you should start loving yourself and accepting yourself as you are,and understand that people are afraid to be different and people are afraid to be alone-not that they are brainwashed and manipulated by media-thats not true.

An NDE is the brain dumping chemicals and unleashing dreams, desires, fears all at once. It is a chemical flood, not a revelation no more than an acid trip.

I don't mean this in a rude way, I am genuinely curious why you (and others in this thread who have awakened) still need to watch videos like this if you have already awakened? I would have thought there would be nothing left to seek, to 'know'?

I wish I could meet more people that were like me needless to say I don’t have any friends I don’t feel like I should waste my time with people that don’t understand me and I don’t understand them I need to find people like me but I haven’t yet so I just stay alone I tried having friends never worked out good there to judge mental they don’t accept me for who I am I’m thankful for the few people in my life that accept me for who I am I accept everybody for who they are I still haven’t learned the part where I don’t give what I get from people I don’t feel like that’s right to do that and I’m still learning how not to and then we’ll see what’s the next thing I have to learn but I just pay attention that’s all
