He is not wise as is perceived. He is deceptive and I think even he knew that. The spirits that used him to confuse people were deceptive. These are vain philosophies. The darkness fears the exposure of light Light pursues to vanquish it We all have a soul Originates from the same source ..but we each have our own identities May you truly awaken one day May your heart detect deception in all forms.

"Eleventh, and the last - Alan Watts’ The Book. I have been saving it. Alan Watts was not a buddha, but he could be one day. He has moved closer to it. The Book is tremendously important. It is his testament; his whole experience with Zen masters, Zen classics… and he is a man of tremendous intelligence. He was also a drunkard. Intelligence plus wine have really created a juicy book. I have loved The Book and I have saved it for the last. Do you remember Jesus’ saying, “Blessed are those who stand at the last”? Yes, this book is blessed. I bless it, and I would like this series of sessions to be in memory of Alan Watts."

If you are trying to find something you accept that you are lacking it. You cannot get it by doing something or by not doing something. You just realise you already have it. Or you dont. It is part of the game too. No need to worry about it and if you do worry about it, it is alright too. Once you understand there is nothing you can do you just watch. Not just what is going on on the outside but also what is going on on the insdie. Just watch. So simple yet no one does it

Most people that have awaken have accumulated an enormous amount of suffering and this is what finally cracks them open. They don't realize there are these opposing forces (Yin & Yang) in the universe and in us. Everyone expects and wants life to always be good (Yang) and without problems, but life will always challenge us in the form of conflicts (Yin) Another way to awaken is to begin by observing all your thoughts and emotions. When you are able to step back from your thoughts and emotions instead of being controlled by them like an unconscious person you will begin to awaken. There is a great audio book on the Tao Te Ching (which is where Yin/Yang originated )narrated by Steven Mitchell free on KZread.

Good and evil are subjective and implicit in life from all times, from the Bible to a law enacted last week are proof of this. It is motivating to know that each individual feeds and receives feedback from the "system" according to its essence, but it is also devastating when for one reason or another it is your turn that the "greatest" with all the crap it camouflages has an impact on your results in life. Be careful: I am not saying that I hate the system (although I do) what I am saying is that it is inevitable that this system is comprised of good and evil, black and white, good and bad; as this great philosopher Alan Watts would say.

Do you think this explanation is important? That it helps people? What if a mad-man came and killed Watts before he could record it? Would that be the perfect balance of unity of good and evil? Or would that be nothing be evil that should not exist since our world would be a fine place with this explanation? I'm afraid there IS objective good and objective evil. This Yin-Yang is good. And then there is evil that disrupts the balance. If someone came to Watts and kicked him and ran away it would be a dance of good and evil. If he was killed, he'd leave this world without passing any info further. No good would come from this. Not only death of man is evil. There are many deaths. Of ideas, of motivation, of meaning, of logic... You cannot awaken without these things. You have to admit the world has evil that is not a negative space of good. It has evil that removes that contrast creating life. After all, the Yin-Yang symbol isn't infinite, it's limited with that circle. Outside there is no symbol. It has boundaries beyond which there is no happy dance of black and white.

According to this spiel life is a game which therefore has no meaning and no value or respect because the eyes or thoughts are only what they identify with. Sorry, that maybe a game for the cruel and unjust but for the conscientious that is an unjust and cruel and a tyrannical society full of death and suffering because they are made meaningless. And good can exist without evil because it only requires life and will perpetuate it but evil requires good in order to oppose it and what it does to life is only to enslave it and therefore harness and as such destroy the essence of life or it simply destroys it. There is a truth as true as there is gravity, sure we can adjust nature and adjust what is reality, but the physical world is what is the reality and therefore to better it is what is good. The spiel of Mr Watts does nothing to better reality, just the psychology of his mind apparently

"but the physical world is what is the reality" In this dimension. Which would be only yours to see and touch and experience as your reality. Ones trash is another`s treasure. Not everyone experiences the taste of food the same. All truths are but half truths. Try finding the point where cold water turns to hot. They are they same. Just opposite physical experiences depending on which hand is under the water. Does not one drop of the ocean contain the same properties as the ocean?

What exactly is the physical world or reality? It's more than the tangible or what you see, it's nuanced, vast and complex. Humans analytical mind or the ego is limited, there exists parallel dimensions and realities which transcends human thought and intellect. In regards to good and evil, that is simply a human construct. Existence in its truest sense is neutral, that's the law of relativity. The universe doesn't label stuff as right and wrong, its only your interpretation that makes it that way. Suffering is a natural part of existence, just like good is. Its like a dance, where nothing is separate and everything is interconnected. The universe doesn't care about human concepts or ideas, It just does what it does. Your perception of it is what makes things 'good' or 'evil'.
