There are bits that I never get tired of (all the teenage turtles are blue except for three of them and there are for is another one that I remember on a regular basis)

Endless Ocean 2 might be one of the best starter episode for newbies. Wacky Wii game, countless impressions, hilarious character introduction, Dan and Arin at the top of their game etc. The fact that it's 1 hour long might be off putting but the incredible opening 15 min takes care of that imo.
