My kids and I love spam. Cook it like bacon, put it on rice, and chop it to fry with rice. There are lots of ways we enjoy it, but those are my favorites.

Ngl I miss them going to places with only one stars. I wish they’ll do it again soon

I definitely gotta point out, putting aluminum foil in the air fryer completely just ruined the purpose of what makes an air fryer work. You essentially just turned it into a top mount broiler setup on a toaster oven with a fan. There are holes in the bottom and sides of the basket trays for a reason... to circulate air.

And that's maybe the reason why the spam turned out to be undercooked. The hot air couldn't circulate around the food to cook it well enough.

Exactly! I've been telling friends that do this that it defeats the purpose. It's more of a lazy tactic than anything, it's not like they are hard to clean.

The overall volume would be lower because you'd need two bottoms, though. You'd need to make the walls even thinner in response.
