Not bad. Notes from a culinarian: Grind the doritos down finer for a more even coating. Also use your *other* hand when you pull it out of the egg to avoid getting cake hands. You could try alternating the cheese and meat types for more layers of complexity. Lastly, try it with a dipping sauce like honey mustard!
