Those guys have way to much faith in those bottle jacks in the dirt.

Good stuff gentlemen
Pakastani truck rule number one: if it aint overloaded it wont make money.
You guys are amazing mechanics . Tell the driver not to let them overload him like that . One rock was to much , 2 rocks was major overload . Just because it will fit doesn't mean it will carry it . Thank you guys for doing an amazing job.

they overload the hell out of their trucks. they get the truck in, rebuild the frame and suspension way heavier, and then still break them.

Twice as much pay. 10ton weight limit.. 90ton = more money 😂
Should last another 30 miles or so, great job...the dirt and sand will help break in the old bearings too.

The owner of that truck is not stupid to get it repaired spending handsome amount for just thirty miles.
Damn! Those were some big rocks.
all parts are put to the ultimate breaking point.
SAnd and oil go together so well during the rebuild
The pinon and ring gear were fried, I don’t care what XP oil you use, with those loads something is going to break.
Смотрю Вас из России🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺, Вы отличные мастера!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Strongest and most reliable bottle jacks on the planet!
Hitting a wrench with a hammer…. Pakistani impact gun??? Seriously, I can’t believe these guys actually work in these conditions with basic hand tools and get anything done. They are truly dedicated to their profession.

@@scottberry5266 ofc I agree but I love watching these vids for some reason and I always see in the comments ppl saying “it won’t last” “where’s the torque wrench???” “These guys break things” etc
Who needs a torque wrench.
Do the drivers of these trucks understand the meaning of overloading a truck? You guys are fine workers and your trucks are tough so when I see this so regularly I know that somebody is overloading their truck and not just one time or two times but everyday all-day full-time. Either way it's nice to see you fellows working, I envy you you and your energy I also Envy your knees because my knees are utterly shot! I had to have one replaced and I'm waiting on getting the other one replaced. It will not support me anymore. Best regards, Bob from Virginia USA

But if the drive refused the overload, another driver would do it that's the problem
Everyone's commenting on the huge loads breaking the gears - but it keeps these mechanics employed.
Looks like government employees in the US, 6 men standing around, 3 doing the actual work. OSHA APPROVED

New parts it seems, but big heavy rocks will still strain that rear end.
Hey phone guy, thanks for helping out 🙄.
Once again another good job in the conditions they are in .
It will be back soon overloaded again
Good job, but why you do not show to us what parts have been replaced? Bravo pakistani trucks.
I think I would be investing in some rattle guns. They never cease to amaze me.
The younger fellow on the pipe is very good employee. Good work. Stay safe. The USA has eliminated these jobs at home. Thank you.
If it fits it ships... Apparently max gross is more of a suggestion in Pakistan

This sort of thing happens when trucks are overloaded way past their rated capacity.

Try to get no sand in The Barrens and make sure we put it back together everything is torque properly
The last 25 seconds of the video is enough to explain all the other videos that "repair" broken hydraulic cylinder rods, damaged excavator buckets, bent booms, bent chassis, broken axles, broken crankshaft, broken gears, snapped suspensions, overheated engine rebuilds.

I cant get how only two stones could break that almost new truck 😉
I worked at a used car lot when I was a kid washing cars. I saw things that made me wonder like my boss putting sawdust in a rear, adding water to a gas tank to make it look like there was gas in it. Sand in the engine so they could get the $ putting a new engine in it. Pepper and eggs in the radiator. He made good money, and he would repossess a car if they were 1 day late.
Good brow 👍
"That ain't your daddy's R&P"... Very cleaver use of the axle as a stand-in ring & pinion holder. I thought at first they were converting that truck into a Wide Track Pontiac™. I doubt that R&P needs to be to "dialed in" since it probably only rotates about once a mile? Very impressive however :O) That "spring stack" is huge. I haven't seen a stack that big since iHop's "all you can eat" special (some US humor: - OK, I'll show myself out now) Cheers and thumbs up from the U.S. (yep, us). p.s. I'm glad they were able to get their rocks off before jacking that puppy up. Just saying.
Молодцы 😊.
These guys are good, but only 2 jacks holding that truck up and nothing else. I wouldn't get under that truck.
Indonesia......👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Very hard workers!
And dispose of a waste in a environmentally responsible manner which in Pakistan means pour it on the ground to suppress dust.
The entire weight of the rear end is held by two bottle jacks, there’s no way I would ever take that risk. It’s not that they don’t have large steel stands, seen them used many times.😳👎🇦🇺

In this part of the world parts are worth far more than labor. I wonder how carefully they adjusted the new gear mesh ? Of course if they are going to haul several times the capacity of the truck , then fine adjustments are probably not important.
