Just shows you that there is no excuses. I was on and off drugs , almost died. Then I always remember the gym. Friends come and go but 200 pounds is always 200 pounds. The cold iron never lies to you.

Yes yes yes very true but there us one harsh reality not everyone has time and money to spend 2-4x2h tines a day in a gym for most of them where they live how they and what they eat means they got money to spend he doesn't work right ....all that is true motivation plan consistency but in life there is also ugly side....
