Keep the progress overlord and by time you'll be able to do it, I started with 40kg lol now after 6 months my pr is 120kg (sumo not convential but whatever) and hitting 300kg in the next 2 years is an objective.

​@@mysticwizardphd absolutely not, you have to actually dedicate yourself. By walking, you do get vitamin D and more health benefits than just sitting around. But that does nothing to improve strength.

Your respect for the act and acknowledgment of the benefits are honestly half the battle. You already have the right mindset, my advice is to find the least intrusive way to introduce gym time to your routine. Is there a gym on the way to your work? Then normalize leaving 1 an hour earlier. workout on the way to, or from work. and if you want to freshen up bring a small gym bag with 1 pair of clothes, a towel, and sandals to use in the restroom, and you're good to go.
