The marine corps has really always been on the forefront of adapting to the next theater of war. I think they probably see the future battlespace and see gaps in our military's capability in the south pacific. Kinda like how Ukraine is the doorstep to europe, Taiwan is China's doorstep into the south pacific.

Good luck with getting those newly purchased ships out within the timeframe. Shipyard and ship building companies can never get even the most basic things done in time and often go years overdue and millions of dollars overbudget. My ship has been in drydock for nearly 2 more years than scheduled and is still not done with repairs. Government contracting is completely broken, with companies dragging their feet and outputting shoddy work. And that's not just ship building, this is every aspect of every government contract to every outside company. The Navy is the most critical part of the military right now, and I'm afraid that if we can't fix the little things first back here at home, then how can we possibly hope to address the bigger issues?

I served 24 yrs and I will say freedom is not free gòd bless those who wear the uniform of the military thank you

Imagine if we spent half the hundreds of millions of dollars we're sending to the corrupt politicians in Ukraine on our OWN Marine Corps? The Marine Corps budget is only $46 billion, always having the oldest equipment and having to make do as best they can. Yet we are sending an additional $106 Billion to Ukraine and they are still losing and can't beat an incompetent opponent. The money would be better spent here on our own military.

I think music on a video like this should have a more serious undertone. These issues are important to our nation, and the music should be a reflection of that. Something that makes you proud to watch.
