I love when he says what he thinks. People give RM, G-dragon, and others credit for being great leaders and I don't want to take anything away from them. But nobody has faced the challenges Leeteuk has faced and done it with as much grace. He has earned speaking his mind as far as I'm concerned.

Well other leaders have faced alot as well. Also not everyone is presented with same hardships and struggles. Each team has faced their own and became what they are today. I completely agree with you, leeteuk has been through alot and suju is a next level team which may not be created again.

I completely agree. I hate when people disregard him and everything he's been through. He's been dealt a really tough hand his whole life and always comes through for those that rely on him, what a guy 🥰

Leeteuk went through A LOT. Ik other leaders too, but Leeteuk literally had the press all up his family when his dad killed his grandparents and committed suicide. He had to face SM's earlier mistreatments and members leaving, work in Kpop when technology wasnt as vast and developed or even acknowledged as a legit job in the country, and dealt with a group of 13 members plus 2 if you include Henry and Zhou Mi. All whilst being an older brother figure to his juniors too. Like he's just amazing.

I believe he is very correct about that, you are born with that beautiful skin. Of course it helps very much to take care of your skin.

This was funny but the last part hits me hard " As time passes the team may loss it's power. my heart hurt at that part .. i already feel sorry for our boys because at many times when we should have protected them we didn't .. instead we made things harder like with sungmin oppa's departure .. and now it seems as we're growing up we're not as powerful as we were supporting suju even myself i realized that ... that's why i swear to support them even more than i did before .. because if i didn't have suju in my life i literally wouldn't have survived a lot of dark times even now .. and i am not exagerating

All whilst being an older brother figure to his juniors too. Like he's just amazing.

I thought the story about his parents and grandparents was never confirmed/just a rumor/gossip, as it was also said he just had a heart attack and there was never a funeral for his grandparents as far as I'm concerned, or at least it was not known for the public the same way his father's was ... But I agree with the rest. Leeteuk is amazing 🤩

@@gabycharles2212 no, it's unfortunately not a rumor... And the press was there when they carried the coffin out of the building the members were the ones holding it. But yea not so sure about their grandparents' ones. But there was a whole issue about Leeteuk and his family didn't deserve that much exposure and intrusion from the press on such a hard time in the lives. I also watched the news live on TV when they made an animation of how they speculated the entire scene happened.. You can look it up, I believe Leeteuk also opened up a bit about how he went through his dad's suicide at one of his visit at a university, and there are many articles online about the murder-suicide detailing the entire thing, you can check one from here if you'd like thediplomat.com/2014/01/leader-of-top-selling-k-pop-group-super-junior-loses-father-grandparents-in-apparent-murder-suicide/) It is true tho that at the beginning it wasn't mentioned as a murder suicide until a firefighter or police said that its not the case, and that's how it all became exposed. I really appreciate how straightforward he is.

This is how kpop got the Gaion chart, SJ got their label, and so much more! He seems like a gentle and soft spoken person, which he can be and that puts people at ease when they see his silly side, but this man had to lead a group of 14 crazy men for 17 years and counting! His skills as a leader don't stop at just being organized and supportive of the other members, sometimes you have to say things as they are to minimize fights and disagreements in a group (though they did their fair share of fighting XD). I love when he's direct :)

The last part hurt me, I'm a baby elf and even tho I joined later I've been doing everything I can to support them as much possible for me, and there are times where I wish we could do more or I wonder myself where are the rest of ELF cuz the results, the streaming and voting are not showing the support, and I know that ELF has grown with them and most have a busy life so it gets harder, it's the same for me, there are days where I'm so busy with work and other stuff that I barely have some free time, and it hurts because I have also noticed that a lot of fans who were elf once have left. I just wish that we could do something or more to show them the support and love they still deserve and protect them when it's necessary, because I have also noticed that ELF has failed to do that and sometimes had made things worst!! 🥺🥺💙💙
