@@godlovesyou1995 Yeah because its in their...focus...wow..such freeplay AI Little hint for you newcomer, the AI only does what a developer pre-described in their focus tree. They go down that route and thats it. There is a reason why Chaos AI exists as a mod, its not like in EU4 where the AI actively tries expansion on their own.
