Hello, developer here. First of all, thanks a lot for giving a try to my mod. If you feel like coming back to the mod, I would recommend you to play as Fascist the USA, Communist Germany, Austria-Hungary, you could also try Communist Brazil or Chiang's China. Finally, I'm sorry for the inconvenience of having to play in an older version, I'm the only developer and I've had no luck looking for people to help me update it. And about Italy, it has no new focus tree because it will be soon updated by Paradox, thus I preferred to work in improving nations that continued to be bad after their DLC.

Australian here, I wanted to comment about your remark about Canberra. You are absolutely right. We just made it up and there is nothing there.

So you played Mongolia in Kaiserreich like years ago when it was a fun meme nation, but with the China update it got turned into a small time player in Kaiserreich with not much going on. Now in Kaisseredux they gave it an expanded old fun focus tree with genghis khan and pillaging, along with some really cool new leader portraits and flags. So yea the Kaiserredux version is the one you're looking for.

If you're going to do Mongolia, I suggest Kaiserredux Mongolia. Not only does it have the regular Genghis Khan II focuses, but it has several other paths, including turning China into one big horse-grazing pasture, reviving a long-dead Chinese warlord clique, gommunism, or restoring the Russian Empire.

You got it right and wrong. Canberra was just made up so that there wasn’t a civil war over the capital’s placement (yes, we really almost had a civil war about it) but it does now have a significant permanent population of 400,000 (roughly equivalent to Bristol)

we made canberra as a city away from everything else in australia for the official reason of making sure that no one state had more power over the others, and for the unofficial reason of keeping the politicians away from everyone else in australia

As someone from Australia, I get a weird sense of joy whenever the country is actually featured in the video, even more-so when iSorrow actually talks about it in any capacity. I don't think it's nationalism, more just the fact that you're so often forgotten it's fun to actually see yourself in a video. Kinda like when the cool kid in school says hello to you and actually remembers your name.

Australia and New Zealand kind of get a reputation of just... kinda vibing in the background. They're big countries that you can clearly spot on the map, but the populations are relatively small in comparison and they're in the southern hemisphere a few continents and oceans away, so most Westerners don't hear as much from them as you would from, say, Canada and Ireland. Like, everybody knows about Australia and New Zealand since the Anglo-sphere is pretty friendly and cooperates internationally really well, but the only time you hear about Australia in international news is when its burning to the ground or when it's following Japan's latest anti-China policies. And the only time you hear about New Zealand is through internet memes about it being accidentally left off of maps. It's really unfortunate. So yeah, it's nice to get a shout out. I totally get that and it's not weird at all. Australia and New Zealand have done a lot for the world and it sucks that people kinda forget about them.

I live in Canberra! It's true, there isn't a city there. Just trees, kangaroos, and a tent where the prime minister goes on extended holiday.

As much as I like Kaiserreich. I blame them for every mod feeling the need to include Huey Long, regardless of if it makes any sense for them to do so. Huey Long was murdered in 1935 people! Almost four months before the start date!

Hello, developer here. Huey Long isn't included in the mod, the path shown by ISP in the video is led by Earl Long, his less authoritarian brother. It indeed was introduced due to the "Kingfish in every timeline lmao" trend, but Huey Long himself is not in the mod
