魚類清蒸注意幾點都很好吃 1.鮮度 (這是廢話) 2.去腥 (酒與鹽巴不可這時候用來去腥 會造成蛋白質緊縮肉質變硬) 3.蒸的時間(魚蒸熟後再調味 一條300克左右的魚 大約蒸7~8分鐘)
