We’re always going to “hate” a player for the shirt they wear, but it’s never anything personal. The players know that and they can move on. I hated Rio cause he was soooo good, and played for United, but I love the character.

People forget lampard and rio were both youth team players at West ham used to room together and be close friends until club rivalries got in the way

Rio is 1 guy u just cannot hate, and i like him tbh, and that's from a Chelsea fan point of view, he's a nice lad, good pundit, there might been a rivalry and hatred between Chelsea and united over the years but that won't change the fact that Rio is a top professional. He has all my respect even as a Chelsea fan..

9:52 i love the way Frank handled the situation with a laugh. when i was 18 something similar happened to me & my coach roasted me, benched me for the rest of the season & never smiled with me ever again it hurt me a lot cos it was my first year in professional football after being in best 11 of regional schools tournament in Uganda 2006/07. People take such things for granted but a mistake can destroy someone mentally & tbh there's nothing i could have done about the slippery muddy pitch

Love Rio's documentaries

Lampard is obviously an intelligent guy. Well spoken and doesn’t slip into cliche. A thoughtful man. Overall his first season was good. Disappointing to lose the FA cup final but got CL football which wasn’t on the cards at the beginning of the season. I hope he dose well as we need English mangers at the top of the game.

I am glad to see these moments. It really makes me happy when their is so much respect and affection is shared between rival clubs without any compromise OFF THE PITCH . ON pitch Rio and Frank looked into each others eyes with aim to win for their respective teams but these scenes prove that never take on pitch rivalry into your life . I openly admit that i hate MAN UTD but when people like Rio r there who have love for football and same he carries for his counter parts , then its always love to watch . My full respect to rio .

When I started watching football around 2008 , Lampard is the Main reason that i became a Chelsea fan. Hope He inspires as a manager too. A man of class and composure
