@@manofsteel9051 I went to a chiropractor. They had to loosen up the muscle/tissue around it but they were able to get it back into place on that first visit. There was soreness for a while because of the ~trauma to the surrounding tissue but nothing like the pain when i had when it wasit was out of position It’s happened a few times over the years but sometimes it will go back in on its own.

Yes I had this and it’s agony. My chiro apt was a week away and I was at my violin lesson and used a 2x4 shelf edge and positioned my back with the painful rib on the edge of the 2x4 and pushed back hard. I felt great all weekend!

I have Tietze Syndrome (Slipping Rib Syndrome) and Costochondritis. My front and back ribs pop out from my Fibromyalgia and other Autoimmune diseases and inflammation in my body. There have been months where my inflammation is so bad in my cartilage my ribs stay popped out. It is very painful and when it happens I scream. My husband knows when it happens and he and my daughter are getting good at popping it back in.

Front rib left side right under breast popped out on the table of a chiropractor... He felt Soo bad. It was extremely painful I couldn't breathe and had 2 emergency visits to the hospital... Costochondritis, suffered for 2 weeks.. mind u I'm a heavy woman of 450 and have lost a crap ton of weight already and my ribs were hanging off the side of the table cause I still am very big and he was adjusting my spine cause I been dealing with severe SI issues and it popped out real bad.. omg. Soo from now on he didn't manually adjust my upper back. He used his gun to ❤️❤️❤️... The first time it happened I was petrified to get back onto the table but I allowed him to work on me several other times after that and then about three months after my first and second it happened again and he goes okay that's it we're not going to manually adjust you know more at the upper part of your back or your ribs are I was crying and gasping for are the pain was it so bad I believe my chiropractor felt so guiltyhe had to excuse himself and leave the room I think he felt that bad but unfortunately he ended up retiring such a great dr. Spent time with his patients and actually listened and cared and took his time never rushed me out of his office

Got hit in chest 3 months ago.Contacted orthopaedic doctor they said 7 week to heal. It been around 90 days still my chest is tender and pain on some movement although injury was not much severe as I just got hit in table. Did x ray its totally normal. Did physiotherapy.Took medicines.Did stretching exercises.Bruising is gone. Also Bruised area seems little itchy and dry fromm insside. What could be reason of pain even after three months amd how much more it will take to heal so I can again start my activities like playing or etc.Sometimes i feel ok but again sorenesss start when i start stretching activities or put stress on injured ribs or muscle.

I had this a few years ago and managed to stretch it back into place, but this time, nothing is helping. Is there any secret tip I can try so I‘ll survive this day lol?

Same, I seen 3 chiropractors who were all reputable and worked with Olympic teams or local sports teams and not 1 was any good, just same pointless adjustments that did nothing for me, I finally found a really good one and he’s in his 70’s but knows his stuff and explains everything and takes his time and doesn’t rush me in and out in 15 minutes like the others and I have finally got some relief because this is horrible to live with so just keep looking, in between appointments I try and lie on a tennis ball to try and pop it back in

Make sure you go to one who also does soft tissue work. They need to break up scar tissue around the rib so it doesn’t pop out again. You might also have to strengthen your back muscles. Hope this helps!

@@DrErnestKim there’s a reason why western medicine physicians reject your industry’s bullshit claims. You are not a legitimate replacement or substitution for modern day, SCIENTIFIC medicine. If you have a patient ask you what to do if the pain they came to see you for still exists when you’re done fucking around with them and you say come back and see me, you’re a god damned thief. The proper response is to go see your doctor - for modern medical treatment. Furthermore, chiropractors ROUTINELY book patients in 15 - 30 minute time slots. You go in a room, they pretend to put their “healing hands” on you, then hook you up to some bullshit machine for 10 minutes while they go spin the same bullshit in the next room, hopping around from client to client. Billing you for a 30 minute treatment while only putting hands on you for the dramatic “cracks”, for 5 minutes. Sorry “Dr”, but your profession is widely looked at by practicing western medicine physicians as QUACKERY. Look up “do chiropractors help” - on Wikipedia and you’ll see this. Systematic reviews of controlled clinical studies of treatments used by chiropractors have found no evidence that chiropractic manipulation is effective, Now if you’d like to argue modern medicine with your non-proven, “healing” process, let me know. We can do this all day. I would however encourage you to just back away slowly and pretend like you actually help people.
