    I’m forever thankful for watching these shoplifting videos. I had NO IDEA that just concealing something counted as shoplifting. I used to walk through Walmart all the time and if I needed a few things I’d just carry them to checkout in my bag. I could’ve easily been slapped with a charge for that and now I’m making sure to never do that again.

    Yes the law changed a few years ago. I had people arrested for concealing merch all the time. They would pull that “I didn’t leave the store”. It didn’t hold up. Now most stores still follow that policy. They don’t have to though. Once you conceal it, it’s a wrap. Illinois police pointed that out to me back in 2012

You can’t complain about police abusing power when black people (or people overall) continue to be violent and break laws. All you have to do is listen and follow instructions and being thrown on the ground will not be needed.     That lady cop grabbing him by the head and holding it was hilarious. “I got it.” Such confidence on her face. I’ve seen people say women shouldn’t be cops but I think she can handle things just fine. I think the smart thing with someone at a self-checkout is to let them finish checking out and THEN stop them and compare the receipt to the cart. Wouldn’t that be better proof?

Another one involving 3 female cops couldn't put handcuff on a man. When the man got tired of dealing with them he just run away, none of the officer even tried to run after him.

    As someone who worked self check out for half a year… people are this bad… I accidently caught a woman stealing her kids christmas… like she bought big toys, and scanned the toys using smaller toys to pay about 200$ for toys that actually totaled over 600$… We also caught a woman stealing a WHOLE cooked chicken under her BABY CARRIER… Ive seen people change price tags and even tried to hide stuff on their person… Its INSANE…

    They have a Walmart attendants monitoring the self checkout. I knew once they put those self checkouts in, it would be a home to shoplifter’s. I have had it where the item didn’t scan and the attendant came over and helped and even watched the video of me scanning it, seeing I tried too scan it but it didn’t. I worked at Walmart years ago before self checkouts took effect and we still had to keep an eye out for people sneaking stuff out.
