Why do you say that? New Ownership, New Coach Head coach Defensive coach New player free agents about 17. Now new rookies including new high draft OB, TE DT WR DBs. Remember last season the new ownership was in place but it was late. The scouting and players picked had been done. The make up of team already decided before new ownership took control. This year new coaches and scouting team personnel.
