yes, yes! I don't know how are life was even remotely exciting before Xander came along and showed us what true excitement was. Living through a child's eyes is much more delightful. (:

Just to clarify, this trip was before everything escalated here in the states. We were not travelling during lock down. My videos are usually not current time as I like to have a cushion for editing. Life was still normal with Orlando parks open and the normal hub bub of life. I chose to post this now, hoping it would cheer some of you that are stuck at home during this Quarantine just as we are. Stay well!

Your videos have lifted me and given me a degree of hope. I have no children and I lost my husband to suicide in my 40's. But your love for your son Zander and your young daughter, your husband Nolan and your love for Jesus, have tweaked something inside me. Something I haven't felt in years: hope and joy and love. Thank you for your videos and for sharing your family. Thank you very much.

This video made me cry it just touched my heart that you all could get away and relax after a hard time in your sisters life I love when people can do that.

I absolutely love these Amish communities. I am not Amish or Mennonite specifically, just a born-again believer. However, I do live in IN & we have a large Amish population in the northern part of our state (Shipshewana area). It's one of our favorite weekend get-aways, as well as Holmes County, in neighboring OH. I just think it's the neatest thing for so many like-minded believers to have such thriving communities like this! Looks like you had a great vaca! Hope you are all well & encouraged during these current difficulties.

Oh that sister time looked like the best! When our kids were little my in-laws lived in Daytona and it was wonderful to take them there for a grandparent visit and the beach. But the thing I loved most was riding the big bikes with kid seats all over their pretty park. That brought back great memories! So sorry Xander got sick but as always you managed to make the best of everything and I loved your filming.

I'm glad you got to get to Sarasota. I love, love, love that area! We usually go every year. Sadly, our trip, which was to celebrate our 33rd anniversary, from the 21st to the 25th, had to be cancelled. That was a very hard pill to swallow, since it was cold and gloomy at home. But God is good and we have many other joyous things to look forward to this year!

I’m so glad u made it to Sarasota before the “stay home m be safe n well “ happened. We do have a beautiful beach don’t we? Yes, I live in Sarasota n I’m not very far from Pine Craft less than 5 minutes. It looks like Zander had a wonderful time here n I’m Orlando. So glad u got to come n get away even if it was only 3 days ( they do go fast) Love the music I chose for the video. I really enjoyed watching Zander enjoying himself here. Next time I’ll have to have hubby come too.

Hello to Sarasota! yes, we were blessed to make it before the shut down. Things changed so rapidly after that! We do hope to come again as a family! Stay safe!

My granddaughter and I did one of those trips, just before social distancing kicked in. We took a cruise! We had a great time, got home on March 2020. I had the flu within one week of getting home!
