We have a small propane grill we cook on outside our R.Pod camper as well as a rug like yours, And we have the same pop up garbage can that we love. We tend to boon dock most of the time. We love the beauty, peace, and freedom of camping!

@@theMennoniteMom not sure of the brand but it was a Walmart buy. It has the little propane canister that you can twist on and off of it. We have been using those types of grills for years. I think this might be our third one.

LOL. This wasn't all in one day, BTW.

Just love your trailer when i was growing up we had a little red and white trailer it wasnt moveable so we had it parked at a camp site called camp dearborn . We would spend the weekends there because my parents worked during the week . That was in the 70s it was a big part of my childhood i sure miss those days thanyou for sharing your trailer. You will be makeing fun memeries with your family. Enjoy !! 😄💖

Awww I love your camper! If your magnets don’t work like you want, you can also install spring curtains rods just inside the doors. It really works, I had to put them in my camper.

That’s a lovely camper - just right for you all. You could put two kids in the bottom bunk - sardines! Lol I’d be breaking out the white paint for the woodwork, 😆😆 Just been teaching my daughter to do grouting on tiles. It’s rewarding doing things yourself. 👍

Put a slip-on end cap to that valve spout to cover the opening and keep the mud and road oil and grime out driving down the road especially in rainy weather. Will save the ball valve from fine dust grit binding up on its glide

What a cute trailer! I grew up in a large family, and we live in AK, so we’ve driven up and down the Alaska Canada Highway with our various trailers several times. In 2006, we even drove all the way to Ohio in six days. 😂

What a lovely camper & you've done a beautiful job inside. I grew up camping & we'd drive from central TX to CO every summer for 2 weeks; some of my fondest memories! We had a pop up camper as did my aunt & uncle; had so much fun w/cousins building tree forts! Of course this was in the 70's lol. Also I'm a new subscriber & do enjoy your vlogs. My in-laws loved to camp. They had a Volkswagen bus that was a camper. My father in-law was a fantastic mechanic. He souped up the engine so they could go out West and travel through the mountains. He mounted a swing-arm behind the front passenger seat and bolted the Coleman cookstove to it. When you opened the side sliding door it would swing out. My mother in-law could stand by it and cook. They took a 6 week trip when they retired from here in Baltimore, up through Wisconsin, across Canada, down the west coast of the US and back across the country.

I agree, I have wanted one or something similar. Hey now have the roof top camping tents but boy the price on those are just as much or more than what you can get a trailer for. And with a tent...well it’s a tent however nice it is.

A little envy there. As I said to u once before, wish we did this when our boys were growing up. Now is not the time to start camping at least for us. Urs is a cutie n ur going to have so many great memories with it. I’m definitely impressed with ur skills at what u did to the camper to make things a lot easier. i would suggest if you plan on camping much to get a screened dinning canopy, and fold up table . that way you can leave your bed down and eat outside, no bugs
