You too!?!?!?! What we witnessed was one of the most beautiful moments of real love from a babe! GOD is so amazing, even His creations express genuine love, even a babe! Parents need to give real comfort when their child(ren) are so hurt within their heart(s), because they are unable to cope well, unless the parents take the moment seriously, and it IS serious! It's how you teach love and hope to a child, and today we are seeing the sad results of child abuse in most every news headline!

Well, who was expecting to cry to an RV video? Not me! I loved those bathroom fixtures ( really, I loved all of it) the coloring was beautiful. It's always sad to close a chapter. Even when you know the next one is going to be good. We get so comfy in what we do and what we have that it's hard to change.

yes, my videos are a bit scattered the last while. Trying to do too much, LOL. Xander got over it quickly.

It is always so hard to let go of items. I think it’s the memories we attach to them that makes it so. Xander’s reaction was touching. I cried right along with him...I know...I’m a mess sometimes. I know the sale was hard, but God wanted to make sure you had what you needed for the dog emergency. All will work out in the end. Your family is a precious gift from God to us all. Thanks for sharing how He works in your life.

SOOO precious Xander could put his head on his Dad's chest and pour out his heart! (Which thankfully healed very quickly when he saw the new RV!!! ) That boy definitely loves his camping and his Mom and Dad. You guys did a great job on that camper. Hope the new owners get a lot of joy out of it and so glad you can pay to have renovations done and your husband can enjoy his family in the evenings! Well worth a loan.

You and your husband are really good at this! If I were you, I'd look into putting that talent toward flipping RVs and campers. Buy cheap, renovate, then sell. It would be a great way to finance the work you want to do on your home.

My husband remodled a 1986Toyota Sun Land Express. It was an awesome little motorhome. The thing we loved the very most about it was that we could park it anywhere! Even now that we have a pull behind, we still were czreful not to buy too big. There is just nothin g convienient anout toti g around a giant house. We still miss that motorhome. You did a beautiful job on yours! I loved seeing it!

You too!?!?! Hehehe! Parents MUST take very very serious those moments when a child bares his heart, and soul to you! It's because his little heart is feeling real, actual pain, just as real as what we adults experience!! He hasn't the coping ability yet,, to see the hope, the comfort that is his,, unless parents share his sadness and grief, and express it with him. Sadly,, too many men (so-called!) are brutal with their child especially a boy! God Almighty created every child, and HE gave them emotions and the ability to express them, NOT WHEN WE THINK IT'S APPROPRIATE,, but when the child thinks and feels that it's time!!! Mental health experts have known for YEARS that children abused by brutish adults virtually always repeat that same abuse on their children!!! What you witnessed was a very beautiful, expression of love,,,, by a babe,,, the scriptures say: "out of the mouths of babes .... comes wisdom!" Cheers!!!! Sonny.

I'm sure it's hard to give up something you've worked so hard on, but you've given someone else a brand new lifestyle and you have a brand new challenge with your new camper. Sometimes change is good :-)

I just cried with Zander! I could feel his little heart breaking...then the big reveal...oh, wow! I too had the biggest grin on my face ( and I am NOT a camper though my husband and I live in our fifth wheel). This is how I became aware that we are challenged in this RV adventure life! :D Can't wait to see fully what you have now, and I did like what you guys did in the renovation - I am interested in the spice jar racks that you put up in the Toyota camper. Wow, I’m glad to have found you! We just purchased our travel trailer and now putting my stamp in it with new hardware on all the cupboard, tearing down the hotel grade valances and putting up curtains. But I need to put more hooks and knick knocks up for towels, keys, devices etc. you have given me ideas!!

What I loved from this video....You showed how you both lovingly brought this back to life, you put lots of work into it, now you can make some money for other important things, but the biggest thing I got...you don't know how great of a thing you did for Xander. so many kids now days hollar, scream and get everything they want. They never experience loss unless it is an animal, then the parent runs out and gets another one. You taught him that sometimes we don't get what we want and it's ok. Some kids act like their world is collapsing because their favorite doll was sold out, or their favorite truck or they don't get that kids meal they wanted. I just think it was wonderful how your husband explained it to him, but you let him experience losing something he wanted. I know this may sound weird to younger people, (I'm a lot older than you), but you gave your son a big learning lesson.

I've always loved the bed above the cab of the truck, where the driver and co-pilot are. Assuming you're less than 6' tall or weigh less than 200lbs., it looks like somewhere one could sleep. I also love the bathtub. I never liked standing when I take a shower. I'd much prefer sitting down, or laying down when I bathe. :)

Great job on the RV and glad you were able to get a travel trailer with some left over. I feel the same about preferring a pull behind type because you are free to drive where you need to once you park it and also with the RV if one's motor was to go then your place to stay goes to the shop as well which kinda ruins the vacation. Oh, bless that sweet baby boy! Your newer camper looks to be similar to ours, but we don't have a bunk house. That'll be great for Xander and his little cousins. I did mostly cosmetic updates in our camper. It's a 99 Jayco and is in great shape. I'm excited to see what you do with yours!
