To the town of Agua Fria Rode a stranger one fine day Hardly spoke to folks around him Didn't have too much to say No one dared to ask his business No one dared to make a slip For the stranger there among them Had a big iron on his hip Big iron on his hip It was early in the morning When he rode into the town He came riding from the south side Slowly looking all around "He's an outlaw loose and running" Came the whisper from each lip "And he's here to do some business With the big iron on his hip" Big iron on his hip In this town there lived an outlaw By the name of Texas Red Many men had tried to take him And that many men were dead He was vicious and a killer Though a youth of twenty four And the notches on his pistol Numbered one and nineteen more One and nineteen moreNow the stranger started talking Made it plain to folks around He was an Arizona ranger Wouldn't be too long in town He came here to take an outlaw Back alive, or maybe dead And he said it didn't matter; He was after Texas Red After Texas Red Wasn't long before the story Was relayed to Texas Red But the outlaw didn't worry - Men that tried before were dead Twenty men had tried to take him Twenty men had made a slip Twenty-one would be the ranger With the big iron on his hip Big iron on his hip The morning passed so quickly; It was time for them to meet It was twenty past eleven When they walked out in the Street Folks were watching from the windows Everybody held their breath They knew this handsome ranger Was about to meet his death About to meet his death There was forty feet between them When they stopped to make their play And the swiftness of the ranger Is still talked about today Texas Red had not cleared leather 'Fore a bullet fairly ripped And the ranger's aim was deadly With the big iron on his hip Big iron on his hip It was over in a moment And the folks had gathered round There before them lay the body Of the outlaw on the ground Oh, he might have went on living But he made one fatal slip When he tried to match the ranger With the big iron on his hip Big iron on his hip Big iron, big iron When he tried to match the ranger With the big iron on his hip Big iron on his hip

Their cards being a bluff sure. I mean, the environment is boring (but it's supposed to be a desert 😭), combat was not improved or changed from fallout 3, constant crashes regardless of system, bugs galore, poor quality graphics (honestly it's similar with Oblivion but with like 5 more polygons). The only redeeming quality is the story, and if you don't recall when it was first released... it was a pretty mediocre game.

This was pretty much my experience also, Fallout 4 was grindy as an mmo and was fun but felt tedious after a while. Fallout 3 was kind of a mess to play and not a hot fun mess like New Vegas. Playing Fallout New Vegas is like discovering a gold mine of fun and the deeper you dig the more fun you find. The heartbreaking part of New Vegas is the crashes and I know I should learn how to install the addon to help it but I look at the directions and my eyes glaze over.

F4's combat takes some serious licks from having insanely bullet sponge enemies, less weapon variety, repetitive dungeon crawls, badly-designed enemy placement in the world, and the gunplay isn't much of an upgrade. NV's combat shows its age, but shows plenty of thought was put into the enemies and weapons. Fallout 4..., seems to continue its theme of lack of thought carried by newer technology behind the game.

@@Batdude36 Dude, fallout 3 and NV combat sucks. They are the worst combat in the franchise, trying to mix real time combat with turn based combat was a bad idea then as it was now. I personally don't like turn based combat in general, so I'm already biased here. But realizing that putting guns into the Oblivion engine doesn't work, then trying to make it work via VATS is not and never was good. The original Fallouts are all turn-based, so they work. I personally find it slow, boring, and tedious, but I can understand people who like it. Fallout 4 is bullet spongy, sure, but like every game in the franchise I wouldn't play it without mods, and there are plenty of mods out there that rebalance enemies. My point with Fallout 4's combat was its mechanics, it feels much better to shoot guns and fight enemies in 4 than 3 or NV.

The pepperoni is good and you can eat those alone. The cheese is good, and you can also eat it alone. The sauce is good, and if you want you can eat it alone as well. But when you mix them together, maybe add in some extra herbs and spices to make it perfect, and cook it thoroughly, you now have a delicious pizza all to yourself. That's what 5 should be. If you see multiple same accounts who constantly bashing Bethesda and harass people with different opnion in a row, report them. It took a very long time for KZread to get rid of that guy and looks like we had to do that again.

  • @CloakofAuron

The best parts of 3 are its setting, which actually has personality to it, and how that plays into the game's strengths of exploration and discovery. Ruins of D.C. speak volumes in ambiance and environmental storytelling that the Mojave doesn't (and at times can't). That aside, New Vegas does well with improving upon the gameplay mechanics in 3, and its story is more consistent (despite all but one ending being ME3 "pick your color/flavor of ending", with how the Mojave is ruled by a shitty tyrannical and/or imperialistic force). Best parts of New Vegas are the DLC.
