Always glad to see when people recognize that sound clip and know what it is. I heard in quite a few films when I was younger, but that was pre-Google and finding out what something like that was called wasn't exactly easy to do. First time I distinctly remember noticing it as it's own thing was in Batman Returns, after previously hearing it in Return of the Jedi (which I had seen multiple times, so it was very familiar).

It's great you really see signs of an epic story and adventure, yet IT'S ALL IN CUTSCENES LIKE A MOVIE!!!! That's my favorite part of the joke, you'd think the part of them going to the Dark Lands at least would have had gameplay, or fighting that monster that kills the NPCs. LOts of epic moments and clearly comedic ones like "there's a whole in my bucket" or "Pancake day is on SUnday." This is so great with it's fast cutting showing comedic and what would have been epic moments. But seriously what kind of games have this many skipable cutscenes and no gameplay anywhere in between, this looks like a whole danm movie got thrown in. It would be funny if this was at least 3 hours of cutscenes and NO WAY TO PAUSE, so you either have to skip it all or sit there watching, even funnier if it was just on console with no way to stream it to say a laptop or phone so you could watch it while using the toilet, and also there was some method to the game that prevented this from ever being recorded, so you have to sit through it or miss some parts. I kind of went them to make a movie out of this plot now.

These skits are amazing😂 You could make a video about when you are in the middle of a cutscene and it abruptly ends because the npc suddenly dissapears, because it's night time or smthing like that

For that second one with Ben, you'd have thought that he'd confirm that the game keeps a quest log (or not) before skipping so much. A good rule of thumb is "If your quest log doesn't tell you where to go, there's always somebody who is more than willing to tell you where to go..." Alan was great in a couple of these. It takes real talent to act as if you have none. The last one: Developers were certainly lazy...They didn't even rig up an unskippable cutscene (a callout for a couple of other skits) as an excuse for lack of gameplay. I hope the company didn't charge their clients for that expansion... (Bethseda, I'm looking at you while saying that)
