Republicans are the bad guys while Democrats are the good guys. There's been a lot more corrupt conservative presidents than there been liberal presidents. Lock up anyone doing a crime. But you have to have actual crimes first. The GOP investigated the shit out of Clinton and couldn't find anything. And you have to have actual crimes committed to get locked up for, so far there is literally nothing illegal that Biden has done either. Trump, on the other hand, currently has four cases going on against him that could land him in jail. You can't lock someone up just because you think they might have done something wrong. Other presidents did have documents, but for example the ones that he was talking about that Biden had, none were Top Secret and if they were they had been returned. In this case not only did Trump have top secret documents, he was caught on tape saying that he knew that he shouldn't have them. On top of this the document that he was referring to in the recorded tape was war plans on Iran and now this document is missing. So basically it sounds like he sold plans which is treason I guess. No other president has done anything close to this.
