Most people thought the impeachment process was wrong. Only about 30% of the country agreed with it. Not to mention it had no impact on his approval rating. He left office more popular than even Reagan or Kennedy were. The reason he was so popular was because we had it good under his watch. 8 years of economic growth, a balanced budget, peace and prosperity, just to name a few.

It is impressive the high road Chelsea Clinton took at a time that would involve scrutiny in her parents marriage... Yet, I still feel tremendously sad for Monica at the time. She was literally the joke on every talk show, every night, for years. And what she parlayed into an anti-bullying platform, is remarkable.

I highly doubt any modern girl living in the 21st century, will ignore or turn a blind eye to the actions of Bill Clinton. People didn’t do it almost two decades ago, when he was in office. He had to resign. Just because Chelsea Clinton hasn’t talked about it to a dozen interviewers, it doesn’t mean that she hasn’t encouraged her mother to leave or told her father what she thinks of him. Supporting infidelity and asking women to stay in such marriages, is not advice that is dished out in this day and age.

When I moved to Houston to go to college, as an older student, I got involved with a married man. I think the affair lasted about 15 months. I felt as ashamed, lonely, and dirty because of what I did. I knew better because I personally witnessed infidelity within my own family. Even though this was over 20 plus yrs ago, I still feel shame for my actions and behavior. I can't justify my behavior. I'm so very sorry that I participated in it. The affair was not worth the pain I caused to his wife and not worth the pain I caused to myself.

He was a known womaniser with ugly rumours about less than consensual encounters on the job. It was the 90s, many senior politicians (as well as managers - think Weinstein) had such reputations and no one cared. But still In this day and age he should either be honest about his mistakes or shut up about them. To pile on more lies Is just ugly. I am someone that has suffered with real anxeity for years and the last thing it makes you want to do is go and knob your secretary, quite the opposite actually. It’s become all to easy to pull out a label such as mental health as an excuse and make a mockery of people truly suffering. It isn’t trendy to have. It makes life hard. It doesn’t make you president.

Cheaters cause so much damage to the whole family! My ex started cheating on me when I was pregnant with our daughter! Really? Such total disregard for the well-being of innocent parties. He ruined our daughter’s home before she was even born. That’s a low as a man can get. The woman he cheated with knew I was pregnant. They are equally despicable. I wouldn’t care what he did, except that my daughter was caught in the middle. He could never get how his actions affected innocent parties. I think some people are missing a certain chip. Trying to understand them would drive a reasonable person to insanity.

What happened is that he got caught; He has been having affairs since he was Governor of Arkansas; He had many affairs and she knew; the difference is that it was a national disgrace.

I’ve always viewed this scenario as personal- One solely between husband and wife and should have been dealt with between husband and wife. If Hillary chose to forgive and stand by his side (like a lot of women do in regular society all over the world) that was her own business and choice. Bill wronged his wife not the public. I’m not saying that he was right to do this, but it’s none of my business in the first place. He’s not my husband. It wasn’t really the public’s business to the extent that they took it. But because Bill was President (more than celebrity status), this “scandal” was made the center of attention globally when there were more real actual important things going on in the world, especially in the US.

While it’s true that he did wrong against his wife and not the general public on a global scale, being in the public eye magnified it. I get the feeling he hasn’t stopped wronging against his wife from watching this. He still to this day smirks when talking about Lewinsky. “I did not have sexual relations with that woman... but if I did, that should be a matter between me, my family and my god!” Or something to that affect that was said at the time. 😒 Yeah... sure... why keep tabs on her afterwards for 20-odd years??? 🤨 And by the looks of things, very close tabs at that?! 🤦‍♀️

Or as a teenager over on the other side of the world. I was 13 when this scandal started making headlines not only in the US but also all the way down here in Australia. Not long after the news broke, I was watching an episode of The Simpsons where on a news report, Kent Brockman character talks about the ex-marital affairs of different US Presidents during their times in office, and Clinton was one of them. I was a bit taken aback as to why The Simpsons would mention “Affairs” to which my Dad told me that Monica Lewinsky wasn’t the first one he couldn’t keep his hands off or his thing in his pants. 😳 To quote my Dad at that time: “Americans love scandal and their current President is another JFK.” I was also confused as to why news outlets in Australia would be so focused on the scandal. Honestly didn’t even know that Hilary chose to stay with him until the announcement that she wanted to run for Democratic Nomination for Presidency which she later lost to Barrack Obama: If she had any sense in her head - she would have castrated him because he seems to be smirking at times in this video... I get the feeling he hasn’t stopped “playing away” after leaving the White House. 🤔🤨

Anyone who voted for Trump has no right to have an opinion on this issue. I don’t care what Trump or Clinton, or anyone does in their marriage.

I don't know what to feel about his. My own father slept with our 21 year old maid IN OUR HOUSE for MONTHS. I blamed both the woman and man. In the end, my mother chose to protect my father and save his reputation by keeping quiet. Looking at this, I feel sorry for Hillary.

So did another American President throughout the passages of history. He too married a very strong and sophisticated woman but he, like Bill Clinton couldn’t keep his thing in his pants. And like Bill Clinton, the First Lady at the time knew her husband was straying and continuing to stray IN the White House while she and her young children slept upstairs in the Private Quarters. However, unlike Bill Clinton, the other US President I’m talking about was never caught out at it publicly - He got a bullet in the head in 1963. I’ve done a little research and come to discover that the other straying, womaniser President from the early 1960s was one of Bill Clinton’s political idols who he met when he was a teenager. Bill Clinton was EXACTLY like his political idol.
