Yes, Interesting what they cut out, too. When I watched this interview on the dvd, he gave a lot more detail on what got cut out and where...

Can’t wait for season 11. Kevin is such a cutie!! Maybe they should make his character less awkward and more like his real life persona.

The writers developed Nathan's personality more and more each season. I thought the writers let more of Kevin's personality came out in S11 for his character Nathan.

3:14 I thought that was the same place where Nathan confessed to Elizabeth initially a few seasons back! What a parallel! From what I've seen online, I'm in the minority here, but I really did love this season-espicially the last couple of episodes. I guess it helps I'm not really on either "team" (Nathan and Lucas are my favorite characters, so in that sense, I'm content either way), but the increase in emotion and drama has been a gripping change of pace. I think Elizabeth reassessing what went into her picking Lucas initially and realizing that there's no absolute guarantee of safety in either choice she makes (thus she runs the risk of losing either Nathan or Lucas like she did Jack regardless)-and having to face that aspect of her grief-is something very real. I'm very excited to see how things develop in the upcoming season!

Can you please upload the snippet where he talks about the apple juice scene with Elizabeth? He talks about how Elizabeth’s eyes stay on him etc… We all would love to see he talks about that scene. Thank you 🙏🏻

I'll fill in for you. Voting scene was very highly edited and was meant to be a confessional between them. There was a not more in the scene that HM cut out in final. Same for the log scene- it was cut and an awful lot of the scene between Bill and Nathan on their horses saying "Life of a father for me" "LIfe of a Mountie for me" was also heavily edited. I'm sure the cuts all addressed the Nathan-Elizabeth deep feelings for each other, too.

@@MicVic7780 No, that doesn’t make any sense to me. There wouldn’t be a “confessional” a week after breaking up with Lucas, who she was in love with. They’re not going to go back in the past and make up things that were never there to fill in the gaps. I don’t know how they’re going to fill in the gaps but it better be good 😂 They have a lot to uncover and explain

Lucas was Elizabeth's safe comfortable choice. She chose him to protect herself. She was fearful of a relationship with Nathan, but she was in love with Nathan ever since S8 when Nathan told her he was in love with her. She tried to deny her feelings out of fear both to herself and Nathan. Elizabeth relationship with Lucas was a bait & switch the show used. They were always going to get her with Nathan.

Kevin said in this interview that he and Elizabeth know each other so well. In season 8 Nathan said that Elizabeth didn’t really know him at all. Very confusing. Kevin is so arrogant at times. As is his character on WCTH. Just don’t like his personality on and off screen too arrogant.

He's not arrogant at all, Kevin is a goofball and has a sense of humor. How is Nathan arrogant? I think he's pretty humble myself, he didn't even think he should receive a medal for doing his job. 🤷🏼‍♀️ When it came to Montague and UCH he didn't act like a big shot or one man show, he went along with Lucas's plan. He also supported Lucas after his speech. Nathan and Elizabeth know each other well because they open up to each other, ask each other questions and give advice. That's exactly why he went to her in the school house because of their previous conversation, he knew she wouldn't want to move and he called her out. She said it was hard for her to hear but she appreciated it.

Oh you mean when Lucas sent her to attack him about Allie. That line put her in place when she accused him of things she didn’t know. Or when he said to Carson she has to get to know him? Because he was trying to get through to her. I think Kevin explained perfectly fine here what’s going on between them. There is a deep connection and even Lucas could see that. He was always there standing and watching them. The man ran away three times because of their connection and it took Nathan two times to get him back to her. Oh so arrogant of him. Such a stupid comment.

@@L18ola Not to mention season 8 was two years ago, a lot can change in that time. Even if Nathan felt she didn't know him well when he said that, they have become even better friends since then. She hugged him twice in s9, because he was there for her, and she thanked him. They had a lot of deep conversations this season as well, she didn't even mind when he saw her in the wrong wedding dress. Kevin knows this! In an attempt to say how arrogant he is, she only made herself look arrogant.

Kevin is not arrogant at all. Nathan said something like "you don't really know me that well if you think that about me." In regards to only Elizabeth being invited to Allie's adoption ceremony. Allie did that. Not Nathan and unfortunately Elizabeth accused him of being behind only her being invited. It didn't mean she didn't know him and that they weren't already in love in S8. They were. Sometimes people fight and disagree even when in love with someone. He was just saying you don't know me as well as you think because he wouldn't have ever done what Allie did. Then in S8, S9, & S10 Kevin is right it is the truth that Elizabeth had gotten closer to Nathan and it's perfectly proper to say that Elizabeth really knew Nathan well now because of the solid, strong, deep friendship and connection they had built. Now it's officially gone from friendship to a solid, strong romance and love with trust and honesty at the core with friendship being a strong foundation for their romantic relationship! ❤😊 I love Elizabeth and Nathan as a couple! I love the romance and love that have together! I love who the character Nathan is. I love his personality. I love that he has a steadfast love, a romantic love, a forever lifetime partner kind of love for Elizabeth. I love Erin and Kevin for being such great actors! Kevin isn't confusing at all with his remarks. Kevin is great and he is humble.. The remarks were perfectly logical. You have to follow the story as it's written for Elizabeth and Nathan. Elizabeth has know Nathan for years and really knows him well now. Kevin has a great out going charming personality. Quite different from the character Nathan he plays. However, I like both the character Nathan's personality and the actor Kevin's real life personality! Kevin seems like a geniune great guy! 😊

Never liked Nathans character he is arrogant, a manipulator, narcissistic and was determined to get his way. Threw childish temper tantrums, he is a jerk and entitled, a DRAMA Queen and a Controlling full of himself Narcissist! His character controls Elizabeth and he controls the narrative a real jerk and an immature confused rollercoaster emotional baggage.

While the character of Lucas is my favorite (just love his charisma), I do like the character of Nathan, being the strong, silent type who is fiercely protective and loyal. It's great to watch the dichotomy of each character and watch them evolve and grow. I will be watching season 11!
