When 200IQ Teens Destroy Corrupt Cops

Ойын-сауық

    I was pulled over and ordered out of my car by gun point by a Maryland State trooper when I was 17. I was driving my car (1968 Plymouth Road Runner). The cop cuffed me after pushing me to the ground and breaking one of my fingers when I did exactly what he asked. I walked backwards towards him with hands on my head when he basically tackled me when I got close to him. As he threw me in the back of his car he accused me of stealing my own car, a 1970 Ford Mustang... He cussed me, treated me like I was a dog or something. I told him several times the car was mine and NOT a Mustang, but he ignored it. Searched my car, without consent found a paintball gun and tossed it on the hood of my 3 month old paint job, scratching and denting it, and found my car registration. He had already swiped my wallet before putting me in the car. Well, he matched the 2, saw he had the wrong car and then had the nerve to ask me as he uncuffed me to "just forget this happened". I said not happening, told him I needed and ambulance and his supervisor. He basically begged me to just leave but I refused. Took 3 years, and the cop tried to lie his ass off but I got a 23k settlement out of the State police for damages and the officer was fired.

It's not trespassing to refuse to leave a public area during normal operating hours if you're not committing a crime or breaching the peace, the officer had no right to touch the guy let alone block him from accessing a public area in a public building and then dragging him out.

    That is something I have noticed over the years watching these cop interactions, it all starts at the recruitment stage, to start with the standards are way too low, but what would happen if they up the ante, does it mean they wont find enough candidates ?, bullies and egotistical people seem to be the norm@@lordsathariel4384

    @A_Mystery_Man

    @@lordsathariel4384 The people being detained are the ones with the ego problem. If you have a problem argue it in court. Just be cooperative and friendly and you can at least deceive the cops into thinking you're a nice person who supports cops and you'll be much more likely to get off easy. Imagine interacting with someone who has an internal monologue that you are an a-hole and isn't afraid to express it through their mouth. Are you more likely to use the powers that you have to help the person out who thinks you're an a-hole, or are you more likely to help out the person who appears to be a nice person who supports you? Maybe just don't have an attitude with anybody and they won't have an attitude back. Forget about "oh well they're a cop so they should rise above having a crappy attitude" People, no matter their position in life, will get smart with someone who gets smart with them. It's that simple.

    That's how they will spin it to justify their lies. Just say you're exercising you civil right and stop talking. Never argue with a cop that insists he's right or that his knowledge is always greater than yours in the law. He has arrest authority given to him by the state but that doesn't mean he's right. Only that he wants to win the argument. Don't argue with him. Remember, the less you say, the greater the chances your lawyer will have to prove and win your case.

That’s been proven time and time again. Police are there to stop lawbreaking. If you’re in a nice suburb, that lawbreaking will be mostly traffic offenses. If you’re in the hood, that lawbreaking will be violent crime, gang crime, property crime, etc. There is no scenario in any part of the country where you have departments arresting law abiding citizens. Also, it turns out when you poll residents living in those high crime areas, an overwhelming majority of them want MORE police. Not less police. I think you guys look at one side of the coin here. We have to find a balance somewhere. What if a cop stopped a suspected serial killer and detained him until he makes sure is not him? Should he just leave him go because his afraid paying the 10 thousand dollars? Will you be happy if the cop did that and serial killer killed your mother next day? Is not that simple. If the guy proved to be just a citizen you will yelling the cop had no right and should pay but if the guy ended being the killer then suddenly the cop is a hero for catching him before he kills more people but the cop did the same exact action no matter the end result. That is why detaining is not called arrest and a cop has a right to detain you even without arresting you because a cop needs the time to identify the issue or person. Arrest and detain are two different things. The only wrong thing the male cop did with that boy is first putting him in the police car(that seems like as sign or arrest instead of being detained) and tell to the boy he did something wrong before confirming. When the boy asked if i did anything illegal he should have replied "i don't know that is why you are detained until i check and see if you did or not".

    I mean with the mixup, it's understandable why the cops reacted why they did. If they thought he was the suspect of a bank robbery, they needed to react with force in case he was armed or whatever. That does not excuse the fact that the investigation was not thorough enough to conclude the truck details and suspect details from the security video to be sure. Kudos on the kid though for not reacting and being calm and submissive, but still stating what happened and objecting to being arrested. His mom being pissed definitely is expected. The officers did everything else as good as they could have expect the investigation piece IMO. I have watched many "Audit the Audit" videos and seen how unprofessional some cops can be, and these cops at least were very professional about it (at least in the clips we saw in this video). It can be hard to judge the whole scene without the full story. I feel bad for the kid though that he went through that.

She lowered her window down only to fit a hand the cop demanded she lowered it al the way she only did about an inch or two, oh man that cop was livid he reached inside, opened the door and dragged my cousin out of her seat with seat belt on you have a 260 lbs 5'6" cop on slamming on a 5' 105 girl to the side of her car for supposedly disobeying a lawful order. He searched her car, her person and her purse. The cop was going to call an ambulance to pick her up for his stupidity, she only got the turn signal infraction and nothing else. She drove herself to the hospital she was doing her part time and the staff were very helpful, sympathetic and caring. This was back in 2017, and she graduated as a MD in 2020. Well during her shift guess who showed up at her ward room the same stupid cop with his wife. She remembered that trash's face *(how can one forget)* She she made sure to give her patient *(The cop)* the most uncomfortable stay *(he went in for high sugar in the blood treatment I believe and after surgery)* he could get for the next week. So every 45 or hour she would request blood samples and blood pressure checked on this guy and not the arm that has the tube to insert the IVs but the other arm and always using new needles 24/7. Yeah he hardly got any sleep and was exhausted from all the blood samples drawn from him. Samples were drawn from students who had no previous experience doing blood work so yeah a lot of hit and miss when you are in training. Cops most of the time don't know who they are messing with and throw their ego around because they are excused from accountability and hardly get in trouble, the only time they are pressured to do so is when the media gets involved or it is one of their own, this includes judges as well.

    The third one is not some 200iq teen. He literally used his daddy to make the chiefs life hell after the incident until he resigned. Besides the fact that under the circumstances, once the kid was asked to leave, he MUST leave, it doesn't matter if it's a public building, you can still be trespassed if you refuse to leave the premises once asked. The chief may have gone a little far in the beginning, but the kid continuing to refuse leaving, and then reentering after being escorted from the building, makes the kid no better than the chief. The chief DID not tell the kid he could not film in the police station continuously, he only continuously told the kid he needed to leave, which is entirely within his purview to determine whether or not an individual is disrupting the department with their actions. Again, once the kid reentered after being escorted and told to leave, the chief had every right to detain him and charge him with trespassing. Here's a basic excerpt that provides an explanation. When the government owns property, it can direct you to leave for any reason (even a legally invalid reason), and you are trespassing if you don't leave. When you are present on land you don't own with permission, but without a lease, you have a "license" to be there which is a contract-like right and is not a property right. A license doesn't give you the right to stay on the property over the objections of the owner or an agent of the owner. You might be able to receive money damages for an improper termination of your license to be present at the property (e.g. if you are told for no reason to leave a movie after paying for a ticket), but you don't have the right to simply stay there. If you stay there over the objections of the owner or the owner's agent, you are trespassing. The law applicable to government property owners and private property owners is basically the same in this regard. Realistically, on government property, furthermore, the standard by which the government employee may legally terminate your license to be there and exclude you from the property is low. Basically, it must merely not violate any constitutional right you may have, and you do not have a constitutional right to be present on government owned property, except in a quite narrow subset of cases (e.g. the "town square"). More exactly, you do not have a right to be on government property per se, but you can't be excluded from it for a constitutionally impermissible reason. The government gets to decide what parts of property it owns are available to the general public and for what content-neutral purposes. The right to be present on government owned "public" property (which doesn't include private areas of government owned property) can be subjected to reasonable and content-neutral time, place, and manner restrictions.

    They somehow instantly forget about that second thing that should fall out of their mouths: 'You have the right to remain silent...' is supposed to come DIRECTLY AFTER 'You are under arrest for (name that crime).' HOW do they forget what they said the instant after they say those memorized lines?

    You only go to jail if you violate the penal code and are convicted (aside from a night or two pending arraignment). Violating constitutional rights is not a violation of penal law, and the mechanism of enforcing constitutional rights is 42 USC 1983 (plus others, but this is most common). The every day person should become better informed on this, because laymen are a huge issue when dealing with issues like these.

    @@maxxcarver5502I have no idea where you internet lunatics get your info from, and nothing about what you said sounds true. First, there is no such thing as "pre jail." Incarceration isn't like primary school so there's no K-12, or "pre-k" for jail. Second, eating outside is not a crime under just about any legal doctrine that I'm aware of, including US federal law or any US state law. Now, I get it, I recognize that we want to categorize/describe people we know as being innocent. I mean, shit, I guarantee you that people who knew Gacy would say he was a good person before he was convicted. I have personally had family members say they were in jail unlawfully for one thing when they were in fact in jail (very lawfully) for another. Your friend, who is in hail for "eating outside," is most definitely in jail for an actual crime. Please don't let yourself succumb to ignorance on that.

    Back in the 80's my friend got beaten up on his 18th birthday in front of a van full of coppers by 4 blokes and because he was a punk rocker (cops hated punks) they just sat and watched him get battered and then (while he was barely conscious with a broken nose and eye socket) arrested him for being drunk and disorderly which carried a huge fine back then of £130 and despite him needing hospital treatment flung him straight in the nick. And this in front of hundreds of witnesses as well Only problem for the police was my mates dad was the local magistrate You can guess the rest but remember they only got punished because of this as if it was myself who this happened to then I would have been done with no comeback whatsoever
