Yeah! Ok so you often caught a stinker, but every now and then.....A secret GEM! :D
I remember seeing this in the theater as a kid. It saddens me that there will never be a golden age of movies like the 80's again.

What? Fuck...what kind of theatre screened this flick?

Since the post-apocalyptic genre is one of your favorites, it'd be awesome to see your top 10 non-Mad Max post-apocalyptic movies
You'd think with the number of streaming services available there would be more small production companies cranking out low budget movies like this. A whole new "Straight to Video" market for the taking.

There is….
Oh my, is this the inspiration for the fallout:new Vegas quest where you help the ghouls build the rockets and fly to paradise?
Credit where it’s due, when stinger points the gun to steal the car it’s a 1911 and the hammer is cocked. So many productions use 1911’s and fail to remember they’re not double action, so people end up being held at gun point by a person that could easily be disarmed. I know no one care but gun nerds but it’s nice to see it done right.
Love the little snippets at the end of the music.
The most honorable crowd in this spectacle filled world is an audience filled with ninjas.
S names usually have a harsh connotation attached to them, which is why we have a lot of S names metal bands.
i just found the movie i was thinking of. it's called Spacehunter : The Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (1983) and Molly Ringwald is in it! lol! i'm so glad it wasn't all in my mind! lol! one movie will always make me remember another movie!
I loved the Toonces reference lmao. I've been binging your videos all day, dude. I love your channel. I, too, grew up watching these low-budget, crappy (for all intents and purposes) sci-fi and post apocalyptic movies, and there still a weakness of mine, to this day. Great stuff man!

Thank you! If you like PA movies, I've got a ton of them on here. :)
Jumping that little dune buggy was ballsy, that thing had no suspension at all
Hawks always look like they`re acting astonished to me the way their beaks are always open.. Great stuff, again.
"Mutt runs like Steven Seagal" hahahaha
Car chases, fights, and sex is all you need in a post apocalyptic movie. At least in this one they didn't fight to control the water.
I've stumbled across your channel recently and oh man your content is some of the best i've seen. You deserve so many more subs and just keep doing what your doing man!

6:42 -- I assume she was setting off the charges before the good guys got in range, so the trap wouldn't be effective.
i love ur reviews, ur knowledge of cast n crew especially ur low budget stuff!!!
So nice to hear about the blu-ray releases! Too often you have to go on ebay and hope for a VHS copy if you want to check out a forgotten movie like this.
these are awesome videos man!!
I always love your commentary.
One of your funniest reviews sir, great stuff :)
I know who was trying to kill Lee Ving. It was Miss Scarlett in the conservatory with the candlestick.
Out of all of Cirio H Santiago's many glorious post-apocalyptic movies, this is my favorite :D
That movie had the best box art!
Thank you, i like your channel
Great video. Funny thing I noticed about Trace's car. The next model Mustang, after the one they used, is actually a dead ringer for the Falcon used for the Interceptor in Mad Max. The 2 cars are really hard to tell apart. Look up 71 to 73 mustang, and the XB Falcon.
These movies have the best posters.
Awesome! I had this one on an old VHS under the title "Destructor" with really bad french dubbing (which made the movie even funnier).
Are you not impressed by my NXT championship belt xD
I rented this on VHS when it came out. Laura Banks, yum.
Man, how could you talk about Christopher Young without mentioning his absolutely iconic scores for the first two Hellraiser movies? Speaking of which, why haven't you reviewed the Hellraiser movies? :-)
So that's why Ruel Vernal was on that fight choreography in the beginning, cause it's in the Philippines!
Other gem reviewed by Cecil great video
My favorite of these mad max semi-knoc offs is "battletruck" have you seen it? I loved it as a kid, will see it again. Its right here on YT!
A movie with a Mad Max cosplayer, Lalo Salamanca, budget John Cusack, a bunch of clones of the Albino from The Princess Bride, the bikers from Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, and the not-stormtroopers from Spaceballs? Nice find.
This movie has the best super hero landing I've ever seen
A Toonces call out. You da man.
I remember watching this on a bootleg VHS when I was 11.
This plot makes nooooo sense o_O I had a hard time not laughing during the video though; every sentence was stranger than the last. Thank you so much for this hilarious video! Great review :)

"Gotta shit,Gotta shit" lol lol
Kind of a coincidence. Just last night I saw Mad Max 3 on television and told my bro that I heard through this channel there were tons of clones that came out around that time!
I love your reviews. You're funny.
I like Ciro Santiago films and I did like this. RIP Lynda.
Is this the return of Derp bird?
I've never even seen a noobie put their finger through the trigger guard like that.
I'm truly stunned. I thought there was nary a Mad Max knock-off I had yet to see and you bring me one I've never even heard of, but that also looks more like Mad Max than most of the others. I mean, at least his car looks cool, unlike that dumb bubble car from Warriors of the Wasteland!

Gotta shit! Gotta shit! Man I haven't laughed so hard in a week.
Thumbs up for Toonces!
ahhhhh Toonces, good times.
Battle Truck, one of the covers you showed, I recall as being pretty good. Was filmed in my homeland of New Zealand. Also known as Warlords of the 21st Centruy I believe.

This movie gave me some New Vegas vibes.
6:00 "Frowning guy?" His name was *Scowl!!*
Gotta shiiit! Gotta SHIIIIIT!!
Toonces the driving cat.
"....rolling down the roooooooooooad!"
Speaking of Corman, still waiting on that "To Sleep With a Vampire" video. You should also compare it to the original since to sleep with a vampire is a remake called, "Dance of the Damned" sad that the original hasn't got a dvd or a bluray release at all.
Awesomely bad! Loved the review
Looks like Krokus's screaming in the night video
Please do She! You've been teasing it for years. I reminder finding it in the basement of a VHS store years ago.
Cirio H. Santiago made a lot of "Mad Max 2" rip-offs, but "Wheels of Fire", luckily produced by Roger Corman, was the best by far.
Hey, Cecil, I've got a bit of a suggestion for you, that would be perfect for one of your "Good Bad Flicks" reviews. Now, I'm pretty sure that you've heard of the show, Outlander. But, what nobody seems to wanna talk about, or what Hollywood seems to want us to forget, is that there was movie with the same name and a similar premise, released a year or two before the TV show. Well, I remember. And I'm kinda sick of the film not getting its due. Because, even though it obviously didn't do very well theatrically, it's still a damn good movie in my book. While the TV show sees a lady, inadvertently traveling back in time to the days of what seems to be (from what I can gather by what I've seen of the show) the Jacobite Rebellion, the movie differs drastically in the sense that it's a sci-fi creature feature, where a sort of futuristic bounty hunter(apparently from a time even more advanced than our own in the present day), travels back in time to the days of the early Germanic tribes of Europe, in an effort to capture, or kill, a monster referred to by the locals as "The Moorwen." That's all I'll say about the movie, here, should you decide to do a review of it in the future. For 2 reasons..1. I've prattled on long enough, in a youtube comment section, about a little known about Jim Caviezel movie. And 2. To say any more would only serve to ruin one hell of a movie for you.

Yaaaaay! Moar GBF!
fun fact. Lee Ving was in Clue.
Looks like my William-Petersen-in-a-Mad-Max-knockoff inch has just been scratched! (Well I see a resemblance!)
Funniest episode you have ever made!

You said this was done in 84? Lee Ving was probably busy doing Streets of fire or busy doing Three’s a Crowd the spin off of Three’s Company.
Lynda Weismeyers’ rack was the real star of this movie .
+Goodbadflicks Please Please make an exploring video on TREMORS!
2:20 True to Caesar
@6:34 YAT YAS
Roger Corman = always fun
One man's low budget John Cusack is another man's discount Bruce Springsteen.
You could say Lee Ving, was Leaving.
when are you doing fist of the North star?
Aaaaaaw, I was expecting a reference to the Manowar song of the same name...

Gotta do Terrorvision!!!!
I would love your thoughts on BLUE MONKEY RAWHEAD REX CRITTERS
The sandmen look like Morlocks in "The time machine".
The cars in this movie are way cooler than Mad Max. They don't look like they have random shit welded everywhere
Makes me want to watch Fist of the North Star.

NXT reference! Didn't know you were into wrestling o 3 o
what's better than cars going slow in fast-forward? cars going fast in slow-motion.
Ghod, that is a complicated movie.
Every day is a good day to make fun of Steven Seagal.
5:47 Keith David? It sounds like Keith David said that.
00:41 is that a MUSTANG BOSS that NOT MAD MAX is driving
Good review, maybe you should review a movie so called "Stryker" It was made by Cirio A. Santiago. This film was made two years before Wheels of fire.
Is this Thundergun Express?!?!
What more could I ask for? I'd ask for dinosaurs, but I know this wasn't that sort of movie (or budget.) I'd still ask for them. Ooh, yeah. Corman + dinosaurs = Carnosaur. I rescind my ask.
Lee Ving!? srsly!? woulda been a new movie title, "Wheels of Beef, Beef Beef, Beef Bologna!"
Watching this makes me want to replay Mad Max! Can you imagine one of these post apocalyptic movies, but with rusty versions of MODERN cars? O__O Yeah, it'd be totally crap. :S
Cecil you should make a playlist exclusively for Mad Max copies, you've made so many videos now I cant remember the review I'm thinking of
