When you unscrew the allen screws on the motor , how did you took the hub out of the wheel? Mine is very dificult to take it out. Does it have some kind of glue or something?

Oh I noticed those ZVL bearings and realized that brand came from my hometown - Považská Bystrica, Slovakia ZVL means Závody valivých ložísk (Rolling bearing plants) They are currently made in neighbouring city of Žilina.

Do you have to take the battery out, is it necessary, or can you do the bearing change without taking the battery out?

I have a D6, the bearing was so stuck, it exploded into pieces when pulling it off.

I got the same scooter and bought the bearings but the bearings are a bit small in the inner hole for the cable to go through this parts are 6202 15x35x11 it won’t work the inner diameter has to be it a bit bigger. Tho it does fit on the other side but not where the cable must go through.

At 2:09 after taking the screws out, how do you get the wheel apart after that? Mine just won't come apart. I have the Vsett 8+ and the front wheel came off but the back wheel won't

i think sometimes they put a silicone bead around the hub rims you probably already figured it out try gently prying at it with a screw driver or xacto blade.
