Jamaal Walton speaking on the lord and his why is extremely important and needs to be more of an emphasis than just making a paycheck to provide for one's family. We need to have more of a why like Jamaal!

I'd say most of the advice is similar in terms of find ways to get involved in the field with teams in the area to make connections.
