If you ever make a Best Telescope for under £200 ($250) then I recommend these 3 choices : - Orion StarBlast 102 - Meade Infinity 90 - SkyWatcher Heritage 130P (if you can get it at FirstLight Optics for around £190 then that's great)

@emranismail Bought it for $500. Old StarFinder in decent condition. Had to take it on his word the mirror is good. Said it gives sharp views of Jupiter. Missing some spacers between mirror and cell and mirror needs a cleaning, so first light will have to wait. Hoping next weekend.

You should try the sky watcher heritage 90 (the Maksutov) i bought it and i had a very pleasant surprise , ( it s a little more in the £350 range but it s a great telescope vor viewing the planets and the moon, you will get very sharp images( especially of Saturn’s rings

I like to take photographs of things I cannot see with a 6" telescope. So, I plate solve my to one of them and take a 30 second photo in hopes of spotting it. I then take at least an hour worth of exposures. So, my binoculars don't cut it.

you should try the meade polaris 114mm i have it and is so good, its not the cheapest but nor is it the most expensive and i would really like to see you use it as im currently struggling to get the orion nebula i think it might be due to pollution in my area tho 🙃

The larger telescopes of Meade's Infinity (90mm and 102mm) series are good too, they're both refractors so they're more crisp than potentially a 114 reflector

Great advice, I myself use a 200mm Skywatcher Newtonian and 2x 102mm refractors for the moon and planets. Always use binoculairs as well, necessary tool to quick scan especially the condition of the sky. I also have the Bresser 127/1200mm refractor but I like the more compact 102mm, almost the same level of details, Skywatcher and Teleskop Service, not bad at all for the pricepoint. Advice from me: never buy expensive equipment if you are watching the night sky on monthly bases, just buy the scope between 300-700 and spend some money on better eyepieces, those things make a major difference. Barlow lenses, mehhh not great fan of them, takes away the crisp clearness of the image when watching visualy. Clear skyes everyone! ⭐⭐⭐
