What We Cook & Eat In A Day (Vietnamese Foods) | HAUSOFCOLOR
I thought this video would be fun to show you guys what we eat in a day, of course not everyday is treated equally and I certainly do not cook a full-blown meal like this everyday. • Canh Chua:
Ingredients
• Chicken broth
• Tomatoes
• Celery
• Bac ha
• Ngo om
• Sinigang soup base (rstyle.me/+a6sbJD2utCUXjXkIJj...)
• Pompano fish
Directions
• Bring chicken broth & water to a boil (I used 3/4 chicken broth & 1/4 water), add tomatoes, celery, and sinigang soup base -I used 3/4 of the package since it’s pretty sour
• Add pompano fish to cook for about 30 minutes -make sure you clean the fish really well so that it doesn’t smell. You can also boil the fish on the side so your soup isn’t too fishy
• I added a little bit of fish sauce and some sugar to balance out the taste of the soup
• Add bac ha and ngo om to garnish

HausofColor: if you have an air fryer spray the slice banh tet with some oil - i use coconut and air fry @390 for 20-25 mins and it’s crispy but still soft and chewy on the inside yumms!

Hello thank you for sharing we are going to Vietnam and if this is the kind of food i will be getting i will be one very happy Lady ,
oomgggg please show us more vietnamese food!! im vietnamese and my husband is iraqi and i feel horrible that my son very rarely eats amazing viet food! (i like to cook so that my husband can eat with us toom and hes not a seafood person but we can only eat beef and chicken and lamb and no pork) so our options are limited. i can make good bo kho and he loves that so thats great lol. my son is only 10mths though. but yes more viet food inspo please! soup recipes!

Canh chua is the best 😭 the fish head always freaks me out when I cook it....

HAUSOFCOLOR aww that’s too bad! It’s disappointing when food isn’t good😢 same banh tet we brought from the banh tet store... bf was disappointed and I’m the only one eating it!😆 banh tet everyone is selling and down know who makes it good so we trying different places ...yearly🤷🏻♀️
I’ve been taking iron pills for decades😆 . Try taking them after a dairy free meal. The dairy is what makes taking the iron icky
