So. Most tanks have two holes inlet and outlet. Depends on company if you save money for digging up. Outlet is very important to keep effluent from drainage. Always tell your technician to dig up your outlet. And ask if the outlet fitting is secure. Do not put any additives to your system except root killers depending on surrounding trees and shrubs. Rid x eats material and creates more effluent and or Dabris to enter your drainage. Make sure that if a technician says your system is “high flow” that they probe your drainage. Some companies try to sell you all new drainage when it is a simple root infestation. Call action pumping for any septic questions more than happy to answer any and all questions no matter locations.

If it stops running into the tank, your pipes to the tank are either plugged, or your leech field is failing. We have had multiple septic companies clean-out our brick wells (1960s home before cesspools were mandated/zoned). Whenever we ask them how much they pump out, they claim they don't know, but, that sounds absurd, because, there's a graduated fill-tube outside their truck's tank. If it weren't there, how would they know when it's full? So, why don't they just tell the customer how much they pumped, unless they're trying to rip people off by claiming more than they actually do? And why didn't you show the sludge-cleaning ("jet") process?
