less fat is not healthier, less fats means less flavors and you need to add more sugars and other stuff to make them tastier. Its the combination of eating carbs like rice and sugars that make fat "unhealthy" because carbs/sugar spikes insulin and causes the ingested fats to be store instead of used. If you only eat the fats without carbs/sugars (assuming fasted), insulin spike will be minimal and this will allow the body to use those fats. Excess sugars/carbs will be converted to fats and stored. So which is more unhealthy?

Try Tom's Palette ice cream. Very good. They got savory taste like salted egg ice cream.
