Disc rot isn't as big of an issue in Australia because most of the country is very dry . I've never actually seen disc rot on my collection. Even cheap blank discs .

i am glad to hear that! hopefully you'll never encounter disc rot. extreme humidity indeed plays a major role in disc rot. so if its poorly made, the disc wont even last for more than 2 years in very humid places... thank you for stopping by 😊

it is said due to the process of chemical deterioration on the disc. its the visible sign of disc rot...
