Ricardo I’m trusting no contact because that is all I can do. I’m working on myself every day for myself. In my current state of mind I do not expect my ex to ever come back. It has been something like 70+ days since she dumped me and I have no expectations that she ever will come back. I’m glad that I’ve stopped counting and I’m moving on. She made the mistake and my silence to her will shout volumes in her mind. I will improve my life, I will become more physically fit, I will become smarter, and I will find someone new. Hats off to my ex for dumping me and showing me how much I want to live a better life.

It depends on the context tbh. I had been pleading and they blocked me so it does make sense. I got better eventually you live and you learn 🎉

Blocking someone is immature in my opinion. Unless they are harassing you, why block them? A simple explanation from them instead of blocking you would have been nice. If they need space why not say so? If they want to end things,then do it politely and respectfully! Some people cut off communications abruptly and harshly. E.g.When someone ghosts you. They may go further than ignoring you via text or phone call and block you as well! That's harsh but ghosters think only of themselves. Then you have decent people who ends things respectfully but feel cutting off communications will help too. This hurts the one that's been dumped because you may still want to talk to your ex. But! Respecting their decision is hard but important to do. Coach is right! You will come across as desperate, pathetic, selfish and creepy as Fck. It's like you won't accept things are over. But you're not a creepy, desperate or selfish person at all right? But keep trying to force contact because your heart is broken only makes you look bad. I'm guilty of this behaviour I admit. I've done this many times when I've been dumped. The solution? Is to learn how to control your emotions better. That takes time. But you can do it. I did! Also learning to be content with yourself, not needing validation from anyone and building your confidence is important. I focused on these areas and I'm doing better than in the past. Am I perfect? No! None of us are but it's important we learn from past mistakes in romantic and non romantic situations. KZread has really helped me over the years. There's great advice from dating coaches and others to watch and learn from. If you're reading my comment, I hope you're doing better after your breakup up whoever you are. You will get through this and will hopefully learn from this experience. Good luck to you 👍❤💖

Thanks for your post. I was about to make a huge mistake till I read your post. My story a week ago I had an argument with my gf I was dating for nearly a year we would be a year this December. Basically we had a little disagreement and she thought I ignored her message but my phone genuinely had died so I forgot to reply till the next morning but she didn't believe me. So she also ignores my message till the next day and I message her saying if you going to play this game of ignore me then just block me she didn't reply to message she just blocked me on everything. I haven't called or made any attempt of contact her at all I think her block me was immature and weak her birthday is coming up this week and I did had plans for us but I am thinking about cancelling everything that I planned since I still blocked since last week. I do feel if I contact her I will look weak and desperate like you just said since I am not the one who blocked her she blocked me. And the way I see it if she still keep me blocked that means she don't me to contact her.

We dated for almost a year, rarely had any conflicts but the last one we had in mid November, which really wasn’t all that huge of a deal (but she’s very sensitive) she blocked me on FB. I’m assuming that she blocked me on the phone too, I’m not sure. I haven’t tried to reach out to her nor will I. I did nothing wrong to have provoked this. She made me feel that she didn’t value the relationship enough after she blocked me and basically threw a year of dating away. It’s not been 6 weeks of no contact and she still has me blocked on FB. Have you heard anything from your ex yet? Please give us an update!

I've embarrassed myself like that before yes I was drunk and felt so hurt she treated me like a stranger and we had spent the whole day together until I told her I don't like the way she speaks to me sometimes then she just changed and locked me out of the house since I loved her so much I found myself being a simp for her she called the neighbors on me and even tried calling the police on me I have never felt so embarrassed and weak in my life and I will never allow myself to be so weak again I'm at a better place though now I've become stronger started working on my body, mind, and spirit I'm confident and I respect myself 💪🏾

Update: My ex and I officially got back together today. He unblocked me 12 days after no contact, and talked to me 8 days after unblocking me. We talked 3 straight days with him always reaching out first. Everything went well. I was calm and reserved. However, he stopped reaching out after that. Hence, on the 5th day, I reached out to him coz he had reached out 3 straight times previously anyway. Turned out, he was just waiting for me to reach out back. Thank you Coach Lee! God bless!

we broke up 3 weeks ago, and since then i am in No contact rule, and today i find out that my ex removed me from followers on IG, we are still friends on FB even though my ex is not there so much and since we broke up i posted maybe 2 photos , nothing related to love , or suffering , its general photo of some volunteer work i do over the weekend, nothing else,.. and i find out today that from IG i was removed... well after all i am going thru this is like another punch in the face.. :(

I personally blocked my ex on everything because I was so disgusted by what she did has nothing to do with manipulation or none of that

If they block you, dont panick. Happened to me several times. Whatever you do, do not pursue them. It only hurts your chances. Try to think like them. How would oyu feel if someone begged you? Not good. We all like mature people.

My ldr broke up with me for the end time over an argument. He was very emotionally immature but we did have lots of love and great memories and I felt we were soulmates. Its day 2, and yes I begged and I called him and he hung up the first when he heard my voice. Hes really cruel and this is the second time he left me in the dark and blocked me... I checked e'day and all day since he blocked me 2 see if he wil unblock me. Today is 7 day No Contact. Woke up around 6am...picked up my phone and checked...only 2 REALIZE he DID unblock me dis morning and we was online at d same time. I smiled and was sooo nervious. I jus came 2 yuh video right away 2 say THANKS so so so much Coach Lee. My hands r literally shakin 2 write dis comment. My HEART skip a beat 2 see his unblock.

Your video’s have been a life saver Coach Lee. Got dumped 4 days ago. Immediately found your channel and began no contact right away. Could tell that I got blocked on Facebook rather quickly, and I slipped up and sent her a text telling her that I disagree with her decision, but I respect it. Message didn’t go through. I’m blocked there too. Mad at myself for slipping up on no contact, but she will never see it. Hopefully she will unblock and attempt contact in time.

If he or she is not interested in you, then please don't dusturb them anymore. If you chase they will runaway with full speed. So go back in the other direction.

I don´t block, I just delete. That way, she can still call/contact if she wants, but I won´t be reaching out at all. That´s the way I do NC when she "thinks she needs space."

Way more effective and mature, then when they do contact , im always like who is this? number looks familiar 😂😬 Mine blocked me several times but didnt delete, they cant face that complete delete, they will try to weasel back in, they always do, cause like i say, its best to be the dumped sometimes because it gives u less guilt and regret knowing u did all u can in the relationship and was 💯 honest with them and yourself! Additionally it helps u move through the break up more effectively even in NC and it hands u the cards whether u want them back or not and what really u didnt like after u subside the feelings. As Lee mentioned in his other video, dumpers remorse! I been there and felt it so i know what they are feeling! I always felt more confident and secure being dumped, but when i dumped ughhhh fml i cant even shit! 😂

Thats not always the scenario..if they wanted to move on then they wouldnt keep your family and friends on social media..i got blocked cause she wants to keep close to my family and doesnt want me to see it..i deleted her friends and family..social media isnt important to me..but to her hovering and fake internet points are a source of supply..i wasnt a pest and walked away..some block so they can use as a source of punishment..hey here i am talking to your family and im gonna smear you..cause im not leaving even though i dumped you..i need to stay close cause im avoiding guilt..

Been watching these for over a year. It’s hopeless. But the videos calm me down, AND make me anxious at the same time. Pathetic.

Just wait for them to unblock you because they will. after they unblock you, it's time for you to retaliate by blocking them. That will make them realize that the world doesn't revolve around them. As for you, just do your best to move on like have some goals or meet people that would help you not think about the ex.

Ive noticed the more positive you can look at the most dire situations even if there really is no hope, sometimes just being positive and treat them the same don t let them break ur peace and I've noticed the universe tends to reward you in the end just my opinion it works for me stay positive even when there is every reason to give up jist step back and take a min then remain positive and boom u are always in control of every situation and it's easier than u might think

Great advice. I am that one who begs and tries to talk . Even though he says leave me alone . This video was helpful. Because he has blocked and unblocked me before . Which means I think he will contact me again . And if he doesnt , I'm getting better at living my life and being happy with or without him.

Been 1 month with no contact...these videos keep me going.... everytime am on verg of breaking down i end up watching these videos... they are helping with healing

I believe that, depending on the situation, blocking is a form of a boundary being placed. If you are constantly harassing them and not letting them have their space, they may put a boundary because you won’t let them process their thoughts and feelings and as a way for them to protect themselves. It isn’t always a bad thing depending on the situation.

I really like this comment. It's kinda what I feel I'm going through right now. Initially felt we had a breakup/break about three weeks ago. Did no contact for 10 days. Broke it. We got back for a few days. We were intimate. Then a few days later she told me that she was overwhelmed. She had to think. Her mind wasn't at a goof stage. She told me she loved me. Even said to me to have patience with her. We even mentioned that we should try it slow. Later that night she had blocked me again. I'm kinda confused but I'm thinking that's her way of putting up her boundary to process.

Agreed to all what you said coach Lee, but if you are that much emotionally detached or in control of your emotions then there is hardly a chance for the estranged partner of coming back with same status who does not show a stability in a relationship by not only moving out but to go as far as blocking the partner.

Honest the truth they block us is because they are hurt everytime they see us. if we made a impact in their life they will remember no matter what even if they move on. And just them looking at our profile hurts them unless you did something wrong like cheat on them or you’re super crazy. But if you think about it we are living “RENT FREE” in their heads they did that because they know they can’t over the factor of what they did to us so they’re thinking In their head like hey Howcome they are trying or chasing me even more. Because that’s what the dumpers want, they want that ego boost or some reason to give everyone a reason to tell everyone why they broke up with us. Don’t do it!! think of it like this if you chase a cat they’ll run away but once you stay calm and just ignore them they’ll come to you. Same way as a dog if you chase them they’ll either do one or two things they’ll play with you or they will runaway but most of the time they’ll runaway but once you start doing your own thing they tend to follow along and they get attached. Same way as our exes they block us now but slowly once they realize “hey I’m the only one running away they aren’t chasing me” they lost that ego boost so they tend to reflect more on their situation and where they put themselves at. That’s how you want it because you can’t fix something that broke but once you can show you’re gone and that you don’t need them like they needed you. they will freak out and that’s when they get curious and they try to contact you trust me I did this many times and it happened to me a lot but the one thing is they left a line open still. Even if it means fb, insta, or your phone don’t you guys wonder why, it’s because you left all your lines open so now they have to get back to you on one of the lines you left open. It’s like you leaving a carrot in front of a maze they don’t see the other carrots on the other side but they do see the carrot in front of them. So again patience is key but silence and absence is the most dangerous part of law attraction your silence says alot so it makes them think a lot more if you moved on or they curious because let’s be real with ourselves they’re still thinking about us so what makes you think they needed to block us they wouldn’t have thought of us in the beginning because if you flip the script around wouldn’t you guys just be moving on with your life if you were in their shoes and you would show your ex that you’re doing good in social media or anything that they can see it’s because they want to see us failing but we aren’t. they need to learn on their own there consequences that they put us through and fix that shit if not they never respected the relationship and you meant nothing but as I see it you’re basically living rent free in their heads. Keep your head high I’m not telling you to move on with your life but moved forward and make them realize what they lost in life but staying silent & absence it’s a powerful thing because the next time you guys talk you’ll be ready.

But literally just think about was there anything where he said to you or argue to you about before recently because no one really blocks someone if they truly loved them now that’s being hot and cold he might’ve been upset towards something he found out or that he’s been keeping inside for a long time.

VNY D they will move on no matter what you do. You more you show you care the more they will move on faster. So NO Interaction. Women want to see strength. Them knowing you don’t need them makes you more attractive

Damn, this was well-timed for me. Was queued up on my playlist when she blocked me, and I know she's deeply in love with me (is just afraid of commitment), is confused and hurting (per your other videos), and is upset that I'm not chasing more. Hopefully this is where she realizes what breakup really means and will put the effort in to figure out what she really wants.

I have been binge watching your videos, Learning quite a bit. Just a little insite I am a blocker. I recently blocked my ex. Not because I was mad at him, but it's just easier for me to move on. It was for myself not him. It was a weight lifted off my shoulders. I don't have to worry about seeing him move on. Out of site out of mind. He rejected me he said he didn't want me but wanted to be friends. Um no..... I will not beg or plead i just walk away. Emotionally is just less painful for me cut ties. I wouldn't be cold if he text me as you can't really block on the phone. But I don't need to see his social media. This might not be the right way. But its much easier to move on with my life and I can still enjoy social media without obsessing over him.
