So what type of foods would you eat after a workout, rather than just having a protein shake?? I think that would be a good video- meals to eat after a workout!

Low fat milk directly ( max 1h) after your workout is a very good replacement for a protein shake. About 500ml of low fat milk has up and around the necessary amount of protein to stimulate muscle synthesis. Another high protein product is low fat yogurt. Now concerning the meal after your workout. For carbohydrates just limit the amount you take in and prioritize vegetables and meat/chicken/fish with less then 10% fat. I hope this answers your question.

They say you're supposed to eat half of your carbs for the whole day before and after you workout. so one small meal before and another after

I did really well at first because I had a personal trainer and I was able to dedicate a lot of time in the gym. Today is a different story unfortunately! First of all, thank you so much for posting your videos. The info you share is so helpful! Recommendation for another video would be the best sports bras for different activities, from working out to running, tennis, etc. I always seem to have trouble finding the best sports bras, so any tips you can offer and even any recommendations on what to buy and where to buy from would be helpful. usually after ur workouts i find myself in a pool of my own sweat and tears and barely manage to choke down some protein before collapsing in the shower and crying a little more. ok not rlly i love your workouts, i'm feeling stronger already, i'm on the gains train and i'd love to see more of your shoulder workouts bc your shoulders r ~poppin~ peace and blessings

I've been workin it out and eating super healthy plant based foods for about three weeks now and I'm still not noticing a difference in my body:( it's awesome that I'm getting stronger and lifting heavier every time I hit the gym but I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong.
