You don't need supplements to achieve your goals. But if you want to and have the money, hehe, than I personally would recommend whey protein (just easy for a high protein intake after workout or a snack) and BCAA's. I drink that during my workout and preworkout for my leg days!

Alyssa Hart hi! Not Whitney here but imo if you're just starting out you don't really need to worry about supplements. That whole realm can get confusing but technically, no one NEEDS supplements, they can just be helpful for muscle growth, recovery, etc. Your nutrition is much more important than making sure you get those bccas in. I personally take protein as a supplement to help me reach my daily protein intake but it's more of a convenience thing than a necessity. I hope this helped :)

You don't need bcaa's if you are taking protein, there already are bcaa's in your whey, your body can't process that much, so that is the biggest waste of money ever

Amazon sells a silicone cable to attach your pods. I use it and it’s the best thing ever. It’s inexpensive! Plus they sell it with a case and you can pick it in any color you want.

I enjoyed your video☺️ FYI You don’t have to pull out your AirPods to have a chat with someone. You can program them through settings on your phone to double tap to pause or stop, skip etc while you're still wearing them.

When you mentioned putting hair elastics on your keys in another video, I immediately put on a few... AND GIRL, LET ME TELL YOU, BEST ADVICE EVER. THANK YOU. Whenever my pals see them they say how it's genius.

WHITNEY GIRL. Thank you for all you do! I have been watching you for quite a few months now and I have tried the resistance bands you recommended, the pre workout, the ankle strap. I finally invested in Kodiak Cakes and I'm IN LOVE. I also have purchased about 8 pairs of the 90 degree by reflex leggings. I have tried soooooo many of your workouts, some I've had to modify of course, but I've lost 32 pounds and I've gained so much more muscle. Thank you for introducing me to HIIT and lifting. You have changed my life 💖💖💖

My gym just started to only hand the barbell pads out at the counter for a deposit in return - that way, they are not that heavily used and stay cleaner. They also wipe the pads after return. I would like to have my own pad, though 😂 Greetings from Germany ❤️

I am watching this video again a year after I first saw it. I bought the gym bag. The resistance bands. The hydro flask. And the AirPods. I didn’t realize how much she influenced my purchases until I looked back

I love my AirPods too but I had the same complaint. I hate holding one while I chat. I found connectors on amazon! I’m loving them. You can’t put them back in the case with the connector but totally worth the few seconds it takes to put the connector on and off each time I use them. I got a pack of 7 for under $ 10! ILYSM💕💕💕
